    From start to finish, our meal and experience were phenomenal! We were seated by a friendly hostess. Our server was subtle and attentive. The food was the best Italian food I have had in many years. The calamari melted in our mouths. And they did a great job making my mom and me feel special, since we were celebrating our birthdays. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    Server was not attentive. We were at lunch for over 90 minutes although we ordered right away. I had to find a server to ask for our plates to be cleared so we could order dessert. 4.00 surcharge on 3 ounces of tomato sauce for pizza that I requested light cheese on and came out dried out! I told the server it was dried out and she said she wound bring sauce. It was a very bad lunch to say the least. The broccoli rabe and beans was dry. We won’t return.

    Never had a bad meal at C&L. Carl and Lisa run a first class restaurant. Food and service superb. Noise level was raised but there was a table of 12 next to us. Can’t do anything about noise. Tim W

    Went with friends for a birthday celebration. We arrived 30 mins early for our reservation and were seated immediately. The weather was perfect sitting outside. Our server provided the right level of support - checked on us, refreshed drinks, and then left us alone to enjoy each other’s company. Food was exceptional- we ordered a few things and ate family style.

    Arugula salad to start was enough to share. Our party of 3 had fresh pappardelle with pork ragu, seared ahi tuna, and grilled salmon. All of them were fantastic. We'll be going back again!

    This is my favorite restaurant. The food was delicious. Love the calamari! Pasta is the best in the area. Servers were so attentive and friendly. It was my friend's birthday and they brought our ice cream with a flame! He loved it. I also love the market. Great cookies, candy and other yummy things

    Great restaurant for ambience and location. My order of veal parmigiana was terriblr. Veal was way overcooked almost burned. Not tender at all. Not a good meal experience at all. However, my wife had grilled salmon and she said it was very good. So, maybe they do a better job in the kitchen with other items. But do not order their veal parmigiana. Austin our server was terrific and the ambiance of the place is great. Nice low level music in background - we ate on the outdoor patio which is very nice. I would give it another try with a different order to see if it was just a one off bad night for veal. One other issue. All of the draft beers were not working. How does a classy restaurant have its draft beer operation shut down?

    Aspen, our waitress. was excellent. Our entire meal appetizers to dessert very good. I had the summer corn agnolotti...very light and full of flavor. We will return.

    Another excellent meal! I had the short rib which never disappoints! Hubby had the Ahai tuna and loved it. Service by Grace was flawless. She is such an asset for Capers & Lemons. Hannah was also very helpful.

    We had a lovely experience dining outside for a leisure lunch. Our waiter was fantastic and we all enjoyed the food. The daily special chicken cutlet sandwich was a nice treat. Thank you!

    Excellent cocktail to start. Our server Aspen was stellar - just the right amount of checking in - my bibb salad was excellent, grilled artichokes too. The pasta bolognese was not up to its normal excellence - the sauce was less flavorful than usual. The seared tuna was perfectly done.

    We were delighted by the ambience and quality of our experience at capers and lemons. We came for a small work lunch, and everyone loved the food, and the service was excellent. They did a nice dessert with a birthday candle for one of staff, and the portions were eclectic, delicious, and filling. Everyone in pirate party tool food home! Well done Capers and Lemons, well done!

    Capers and Lemons never disappoints. Our server, Larry, knew the menu and gave us good recommendations. He was attentive as well. The food was delicious and the evening was perfect for dining al fresco. We love the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant and we always look forward to our return visit.

    Great birthday experience. The service from Larry was attentive without being overbearing. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. One small pizza Bianco was too much for one person. The crust was wonderful and the mix of cheeses was novel and well blended. Pasta Romagnola was a huge portion of pasta, peas and cubed chicken. There was plenty of chicken in the dish and I should have taken leftovers home but couldn't stop after "one more bite. Other entrees were a arugula salad with shrimp. This too was huge. From across the table I saw lots of lettuce and not so much of the other ingredients but I could be wrong. The salmon also looked properly prepared and I heard no complaints. The one surprising item that wasn't high level was the bread. They have it specially made to their specifications by Le Bus in Philly but I just didn't find it flavorful and it was a bit dry.

    Ate outside. Great waiter and service. We each had one of the specials which was impeccably prepared. Had a choice of three cheeses on the cheese board, with expertly described by the very knowledgeable waiter. We SHALL return.

    Ours was a business lunch, and our request for a quieter table was honored. Our calamari and a margherita pizza were excellent appetizers. We also enjoyed the meatball salad and other luncheon dishes. Service was excellent - attentive but unobtrusive. The restaurant was not busy on this midweek lunch period, so we were allowed to linger for conversation long after our meal concluded. A great choice for our purpose.

    Dinner was fabulous on a Tuesday evening at Capers! Morgan, our server, was fantastic, professional and on the ball with everything! I decided to try the Honey Carrot Soup instead of a salad and I'm so glad I did. It was fabulous - creamy, sweet but not too sweet with a wonderful carrot flavor. The Bibb salad was great as always. The cannelonni was perfect as always and the best around. The eggplant lasagna was absolutely delicious!!! The (new) bread with Capers olive oil with garlic and herbs is always so good accompanied by fresh grated cheese and crushed red pepper, it's so hard not to eat it all before you get your meal. Consistently great restaurant all the way around!

    Our party of 4 had a nice dinner at Capers & Lemons. The server was friendly and knowledgeable about the wine list and the menu. We had a variety of the special and regular menu items. All were good, followed by dessert Their Italian wine list has lots of variety and the wine prices seemed reasonable. We had an Italian Primitevo which went well with the red sauces in our entrees.

    As always, our meal was Outstanding, The calamari is the best zi have ever had and the Shrimp Scampi Romano is always our go to meal. Staff are so pleasant and helpful and you are not rushed to get through your meal.

    Always on point … as Platinum Dining restaurants usually are. Greeted warmly by host, bar and wait teams. Our server Austin, was efficient and professional with the proper balance of attention and courtesy. Sampled across the menu, two apps, one salad, and four terrific entrees (we all got pasta with assorted protein). Absolutely stellar.

    Our anniversary dinner was fantastic! The food was delicious as always and they were so sweet to bring us a dessert with a large sparkler on top. That just made a special evening even more fun. The service was great as always, they are so mindful of giving you time to make choices and not rushing you out the door like many high end places. The servers are well trained and very organized. The prices are very reasonable for the portions that are served. The only downside is the noise level. It is just so loud and when the restaurant is full, everyone is talking louder to be heard over everyone else. I give Capers & Lemons 5 Stars and have recommended it to friends and family.

    As always food was delicious , everyone in our party enjoyed their meal . Usually get the Chicken Piccata but this time I tried the Summer Corn Agnolotti , so glad I did , it was Delicious ! I’m ready to go back for more . Told this was a seasonal entrée .
