   Typically we get good food and service here. Yes, it was Mother's Day but the service was lacking. I watched our waiter have interactions with other tables where he was pleasant and attentive. However that was not our experiance. He never came back to the table to ask if the food was ok, never offered drink refills and seemed put off when he brought back the receipt. Maybe he was unhappy with his tip, which was reflecting of the poor service. None of that is a reflection on the restaurant itself. The food is always good and will go back again for sure.

   More of an upscale 50s theme restaurant than a diner. Still a wonderful place and we will be back. If you are lucky enough to get Brittany H for your server you’re getting one of the best we had in Ohio.

   We made a reservation for two and arrived on time but one of the two hostesses in the front was really mean and completely unprofessional and made us wait for a long time to be seated even though the restaurant was half full with plenty of empty tables, the food and service was good but the experience with the front desk host just ruined the experience for us, first time we had a bad experience in that restaurant. Will not be going back to that location

   ~ we usually dine at cap city during the farmers market months & we enjoyed our lunch today. Our server was awesome!!! The only problem today was we had to sit outside because inside wasn’t available.

Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, but her enthusiasm made every recommendation feel personal and thoughtful. Brittany’s timing was impeccable, ensuring that we never felt rushed but always had everything we needed. She balanced friendliness and efficiency effortlessly, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Her energy and kindness truly elevated our dining experience, turning a great meal into an unforgettable one. If you’re lucky enough to have Brittany as your server, you’re in for a treat.     It was a beautiful spring evening in Bridge Park and the restaurant was jumping. We got to eat outside which is really a pleasant space. The fish and chips were EXCELLENT! Really generous amount of fish, excellent tartar sauce and fresh and crispy slaw. Perfect.
