Big Canyon’s “great American bistro”, the Canyon Room, offers full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus prepared in an exhibition kitchen and available throughout the entire lower level of the clubhouse. Also available on the adjacent terrace, the ever evolving menu offers something for everyone and includes selection from our pizza oven and rotisserie. An array of daily specials and hand-crafted chef inspired dishes are always available. The focus is always on fresh products of the highest quality and served in an efficient, yet family-friendly manner. Reservations are highly recommended.

Our server was obviously a newcomer. She forgot my husbands baked potato, got the coffee order wrong, slow on drinks beforehand, and was confused about the entrees. Not the normal Big Canyon experience.

For our special birthday celebration/dinner, Big Canyon did a fabulous job of timely service, big smiles and lots of flexibility.

Chef Strong is magical in the kitchen. The prime rib was out of this world as were the all the sides. Enjoyed with a nice glass of Bordeaux wine - Could life be better?
