I am so thrilled to have such a first class, top notch restaurant right here in The Canyons. I meet business people there - my family & my very special friends. The food is fabulous (you Must try the short ribs and the Hamburger is by far the best burger ANYWHERE!). The surroundings & view are spectacular. Truly there isn’t another restaurant on the south side of the metro area that even comes close to The Canyons House Kitchen & Cocktails.

We waited a half hour after we were seated to get our drink order and only after we asked our server to check on our order. Seemed to be some confusion about who was waiting on us. We live in the Canyons and eat at Canyon House Kitchen and Cocktails fairly often but this was not a good experience.

Entree selection is limited, after three visits I'm looking for other options. Our server was young and new, she undoubtedly needed someone shadowing her. I was disappointed when our pre salad orders were served at the same time as our entrees.

Great place, but a little pricey. A glass of wine and a beer was $31 after tip. Food was delicious.

My reservation was early at 4:15. Not too busy at that time until around 6 PM. Outdoor seating faces north is nice in the summers. Take your cocktail out to the other patio and enjoy the views. Great ambience and great service.

Had a burger and fries. Burger had a good flavor but seemed a bit underdone. Generous amount of fries but they were limp. Restaurant had a good vibe and service but the kitchen needs to up its game a bit.

The canyon house is a wonderful place to take a friend or enjoy when you want to have a drink or a dinner alone. There are magnificent views surrounding the canyon and the restaurant is small and intimate. The food selection is great and the prices are comparable to other places in the area. I recommend trying it out!
