   We had the prawns, which came in the most delicious sauce, the savory chicken tamales, and the smokey goodness of mole and empanadas! We drank the Daydreamer Cocktail and the Mystery Gardenia. Both drinks packed a punch and were so tasty! Our server Anthony explained the meals and drinks to my friend who was a first-timer. He was very attentive, efficient, and kind. This restaurant sites on the on site of a former laundromat, but you would never know from the decor and ambiance. This place is for grown folks!

   The drinks were amazing, and the food was very flavorful. Saw this was a new restaurant in the area and had to try. I was not disappointed.

   The cocktail list is small considering it’s a cocktail bar, and not a lot of mezcal or tequila options considering it’s an agave bar. Service was very informal for a place that appears upscale and is super strict about reservations ($15 deposit, must cancel or modify 24 hrs in advance or forfeit deposit). When we arrived, we heard the hostess seat her friends who obviously did not have a reservation. We stood in line almost 10 minutes behind her friends as she conversed with them. We were next in line and she looked as if she saw a ghost when we told her we were checking in for our reservation. It was an additional 10-15 minute wait for us and we knew why but didn’t say anything at the moment. Our waiter was only OK…he did go over the salsa with us and recommended the one that wasn’t spicy. It was indeed very spicy. Also, we ordered empanadas and never received them. I was very disappointed in this place because it was on my list of places to try for a while. Unfortunately I don’t think that I will be back and will not be recommending.

   Maria was a great server who made great recommendations. The place is self had a great vibe and look to it. Will definitely go again.

   I had to give the food one star because I did not order food during my visit. However I anticipate the food would be delicious since the drinks were so carefully curated. I truly enjoyed my experience and will return to try out the food menu.

   Great food and drinks, very cozy ambience. Would be an awesome date night spot. Be advised that they only sell appetizers as opposed to full entrees. They’re delicious but you’d have to order a few to get full. Don’t arrive starving like I did.lol

   Don’t let the menu fool you… the food is fye… the drinks fye… the vibes are immaculate. The price is reasonable considering we had 2 drinks and 5 “botanas”. This is great for a first date or catching up with a friend you will not be disappointed at all!!!!!

    The restaurant has such a charming atmosphere with its cute decor and cozy, low lighting. The food was delicious, and the drinks were perfectly crafted. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back!
