    We went to this restaurant based on a recommendation from another resort guest and she was absolutely 💯 on point. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the entire time. Our server Dieon was amazing! She took care of our needs before we even knew them. Outstanding across the board! This might be the best place on the island, definitely our favorite thus far.

    Great food and location. Prepare to open your wallet though! $500+ after tip for family of two adults and two kids, two alcoholic drinks, two sides and two desserts. (To be fair, one adult ordered the $170 tasting menu.)

    The setting is stunning! I know that’s what you’re paying for, and the food was very good. The service was mediocre, our waiter well very nice kept disappearing for a long time with the drinks were good, very pricey the scallops were delicious, but I felt it was very sad that there’s no sides with them and the mushrooms they put on the plate are very dried up. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. They were so spicy we couldn’t tolerate it. They brought us some plain ones. They were good, but very oily. I don’t know. I expected more for the price for the food. My sister steak was very good. She appreciated it and she felt it was worth the money. Overall, I love the setting, but I do feel that the food could definitely be better for the price you’re paying. The menu was was small, not many choices.

    Our dinner was exceptional, as always. Sitting outside, watching the sunset, and eating wonderful food was an experience not to be missed. Our server, Sam, was the perfect blend of attentive and respectful. The waygu bravette was cooked just as requested, and delicious. We look forward to our next trip and visit to the Canoe House.

    Another wonderful dining experience. The service is always amazing and the food is interesting and delicious. Cocktails are perfectly prepared. The staff execute every moment impeccably, and we appreciate their attention to every detail

    I love the food. The bread is divine as usual. I love the tempura. The crispy potatoes a sublime. The sashimi poke style ahi is SO FRESH! I get mine with a little bowl of plain rice.

    Food was solid, especially for Kona. Service was so slow though so plan accordingly. Not just Hawaii laid back level - it was remarkably bad. Plan to be there for at least 3 hours.
