MENU Arrival Presentation: -Smoked salmon, cucumber, pickled cherries, rye toast amuse-bouche -Hummus with carrots, red peppers, cucumbers, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, house bread -Gather cocktail First Course: -Bacon-fat popcorn, ratatouille, vichyssoise, foie gras -Bourbon flight Second Course: -Pork belly with maple-bourbon sweet potato puree, apple Brussels & fennel salad, apple cider gastrique -Barrel-Aged Manhattan cocktail Third Course: -New York steak with sauteed chard, black garlic butter, parsnip-leek foam -Sweet Mash Old Fashioned cocktail Fourth Course: -Bourbon upside-down pineapple cake, brown sugar ice cream, dried pineapple flowers, Luxardo cherry -Southern Hospitality cocktail During this interactive and engaging evening, guests will be welcomed with a cocktail and bourbon flight while enjoying a curated beverage selection paired with a chef-crafted food menu and accompanied by an expert-led Garrison Brothers presentation.                                                       Our server was amazing and on point. APPS were beautifully designed and plentiful and decided to ‘NOSH’ on apps with a side a MAC & cheese with brisket chunks. Best dinner and wish I had taken pics… will return!

                                                      Food was good, but not worth the price. The burger was $30. There was also a $10 upcharge to add brisket to the mac and cheese. Paying $40 for a burger and brisket mac is a bit much. The waiting staff did a wonderful job and even gave us a discount because my wife's burger was not cooked properly and had to be remade. I really wanted fries, but that was not an option.

                                                      Cannon + Belle was a lovely experience for our Valentine's Day. The service was personable and attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance was warm and polished without pretension. But the true standout was the food. The flavors contrasted and conformed perfectly in each dish. We left feeling like we had a savory experience unlike any we've had before.
