   We had a great experience at Canary! We love a speakeasy - and this one did not disappoint . . . From check in to exit we had an amazing experience. JC made bespoke (one-of-a-kind) drinks for each of us and hit the nail on the head for all 5 of us! We will definitely return! MN friends coming to Breck the last 20 years 🥃😎🎿

   Had a fantastic experience at Canary. I won’t describe as to not give it away. Only regret was finding this gem at the END of our trip vs beginning. Must do if you like cocktails and experiences.

   There are but a few places like this left, and even fewer that have a trained mixologist on staff. We merely provided George with a type of alcohol and flavors we like. He created perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious spirits. Enjoy the ambiance and prepare for your pallet to be entertained. Well done!

   AJ was awesome. Super cool experience based on your liquor choice. AJ makes a custom cocktail based around a pairing with liquor, totally unique experience. I'm so glad we found out about Canary before leaving from our stay at Alpenrock!

   Canary was once again an absolute delight. We just couldn't get enough. The Cocktails and overall vibe here is unmatched. It is truly a must visit when in Breckenridge. I went with a vodka base tonight and my drink was amazing once again. I got a winter forest inspired drink with berries, and herbs. all of the flavors went well together, and it was really balanced and tasty. I cant wait to come back here!

   This secret hidden gem was an incredible surprise! JC the extraordinaire mixologist at The Canary speakeasy created the most delicious individualized cocktails all four of us have ever experienced. You have to indulge if ever in Breckenridge. We will be back!

    Stepping into The Canary Speakeasy at Hotel AlpenRock feels like traveling back in time to the Prohibition era. The atmosphere is immersive, with vintage decor, dim lighting, and an undeniable air of mystery that transports you straight to the roaring ’20s. One of the highlights of the experience is their incredible drink menu—or rather, the lack of one! Instead of a traditional list, you simply choose a spirit and describe the flavors or vibe you’re in the mood for, and the expert mixologists craft a completely unique cocktail just for you. It was such a fun and interactive way to experience mixology, and every drink we tried was outstanding. Adding to the charm, there’s even a little canary bird in the speakeasy, tying perfectly into the theme. The attention to detail, from the ambiance to the custom cocktails, makes this place truly special. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a hidden gem with top-tier drinks and unforgettable vibes, The Canary Speakeasy is a must-visit.
