The bar’s stunning pink hue reflects a piece of Charleston history: marble that once clad the library building where Hotel Bennett stands. The marble was reclaimed, restored and now graces the bar and tabletops. The egg-shaped room design was inspired by the famous Faberge jewel boxes and features four pieces of art which depict the Camellia flower. Reflective finishes, including an etched-mirror ceiling and beautiful strings of crystal cascading from the chandelier, add both shimmer and style to the atmosphere.
Everything exceeded our expectations. What a fun experience! We have agreed to make it a regular thing!
So much fun! Nice afternoon tea with my daughter!
This was a special Valentine’s Day offering. They did a very nice job. It was loud but I attribute that to being a busy holiday scene as well as a very busy festival (SEWE) going on in Charleston that weekend
Camilla’s was spectacular! The decor really set the tone for everything you would want in a High Tea experience, especially at the holidays. The food and tea/champagne were on par with the decor.. I could not have imagined a more beautiful Saturday afternoon. Looking forward to returning to enjoy the champagne bar!
Lovely experience... wish scones were a bit bigger or you could order more with tea? Had alot of cream and lemon curd leftover :). The service was amazing. The low tables are a bit hard to settle into
So next time we hope to sit in alcove table. Noise level was a bit high - very busy
The only extea comment would be is to ho easy on the salt 🧂- deviled egg very salty and wish we had a cream cheese cucumbers sandwich or ckn salad bite
Attended Afternoon Tea. Waiter was very stiff, everyone else was served while we were still waiting. Savory foods were lackluster, especially the stale, cold waffle. Overall, would have preferred more/different savory bites and fewer sweets. The sweets were overly sweet, and while the scone was ok, it did not taste fresh either. It’s a new restaurant, but it needs to work to meet Charleston’s culinary standards.

Beautiful hotel and space. The chandelier was amazing. Afternoon tea was a fun experience and the sweet and savory bites were delicious. A little pricey overall but that’s to be expected in a beautiful new hotel.
Tea is experience as much as anything. While the food was good, sweets were excellent, server left a lot to be desired and overall experience was meh. Guests left to stand behind closed doors while each party seated, a little late in opening. Again, meh experience, especially considering all Charleston has to offer.
