Made a “reservation” on Open Table but when we arrived they told us it would be a 2 hour wait because Open Table is not an actual reservation it just puts your name is for the group table. They were quoting a table for 4 10-15min wait.

Although we made reservations, we did have to wait 15 minutes before they seated us. The food was good but it was hard to get the server to come by and refill drinks and ask for things.

Reserving ahead did not save any time. We arrived at 6:30 and didn’t get sat til after 7. They told us it would be a 10 minute wait when we arrived so over 30 minutes was very disappointing.

Waitress didn’t get orders right, forgot everything, charged extra without telling me, and never refilled water!!! She was the worst!

Food was actually pretty decent. Otherwise - service was slow, and restaurant seemed dirty. I wish Oak Brook had other pizza options! (Aside from the food court.)
