Kitchen wayyy backed up-took 50 minutes to get our food- salad, pizza and app all at once and then another 10 minutes for my daughters kid pizza. Clearly the kitchen was slammed- mgr apologized and gave us the app for free. Regardless 60 minutes to wait for A meal that can come out within 15 is way too long.

Music slightly too loud. Hard to comfortably talk and hear dining party. Otherwise, great place to eat. Food tastes great.

Our server was not “Cpk standard” not sure if the standards of service has changed. The food took longer than usual for it to come out, no explanation why, server may have not cared, we had children waiting for food, no bread was given in a timely manner, even after asking our server forgot. I had to ask for refills for water and tea. We didn’t get the sides we asked for, dressing and side of goat cheese, which then again delayed eating our meal. Just a terrible way to celebrate a birthday dinner. We just waited way to long for everything, from the server to great us, from food to come out and payment.

Service was slow, it took 15 minutes after sitting to get menus. Food came out mostly on time. We got a kids Hawaiian pizza and thought it was the one we ordered. It did look small. After we were nearly finished eating, our real pizza came. I told the manager, who just happened to stop at our table. Of course we were not charged. Food was tasty.

Service was great up till my son found a broken piece of toothpick in his sandwich. They used toothpicks to hold together his sandwich, but the one we found want broken off of either of them. He was chewing it cause he thought it was a tough piece of bacon (which his sandwich had) till he spit it out. That could've ended badly.... The manager stopped by, apologized, smiled and offered a free dessert (which we declined) but there wasn't any genuine empathy in her actions at all... That's the part that got me and my wife. I'm thinking "uh one of your cooks probably shoved a toothpick into the sandwich, went in crooked, pulled it out and didn't pay attention to make sure ALL of it came out, then put in another toothpick and you offer me a free dessert? Where's the genuine sorry???" My food was delicious and my daughter's spaghetti was great. Just stay away from food items with toothpicks?
