   The food is fine and the service is excellent. I wish the music was less than half the current volume, both inside and out. It interferes with conversation and is unpleasant. Unless they turn down the music we won't be going back. It goes way beyond atmospheric and is just downright annoying.

   CPK food is usually very consistent. I don’t know if that is a good thing but when I want to skip cooking, this is on our list as a place for dinner. This restaurant is usually crowded with tourists and the service shows that. They are unexcited to see you and serve you. There is little communication between hostess and servers and it often takes up to 10 minutes to be acknowledged even on a slow day when the place is relatively empty. It is difficult to tell who is your “water” person, the food runner, the server, etc. is. You will see your server once or twice during a meal and good luck getting anything you need if you don’t ask for it at time of order. If you ask the others for something, they say “sure” then the requested item never comes. You have to ask 2 or 3 times. The managers are always walking around checking tables but who wants to complain while waiting on dinner with other diners all around you? The male manager here is always disturbingly disheveled looking. I think he sleeps in his work outfit. One time after complaining, the female manager went above and beyond to make things right but at that point it doesn’t really help. Just give good, attentive service and don’t wait for someone to complain. My husband and I go there regularly and we have a running joke about how long our food will sit under the lights before getting to us. We have seen his pizza sit for 12 minutes while waiting on my pasta. It is very frustrating when you watch staff chat at the counter in the kitchen, when see your food wilting under lights and desperately want another glass of water. Yes, we time it for “food under lights” for entertainment. It happens EVERY time. Ugh! But, food is consistent, tastes like the same CPK every time.

   We went on a night it seemed the Air Con was not working up to speed hence it was warm. Everything was fine except we didn't get plates for our bread (no problem, my boys didn't notice) and I didn't get my beverage until mid meal (I watched it sit on the counter of 15 minutes), although I am pretty sure they may have been short staffed because I think my waiter was the phone order person so he was probably pulling double duty. No matter, everything was ok, I just asked other servers for anything we needed. Cannot beat the kids value, and our server even gave me a kiddie dessert which was perfect.

   Service was good and table was waiting for us. Sadly, the salsa for the fish tacos had NO flavor. Pretty loud inside. Outside seating would have been better. Looked comfortable and better for conversation.

   Wow!!! I usually avoid CPK on the weekends because of the long wait but this process totally worked!!!

   Excellent service from all staff members. Quick to respond to questions and needs. Salads, pizzas, and desserts were delicious. A variety of appetizers and types of meals made it difficult to decide what to eat.

   We arrived almost at last call and everyone was still super friendly to us! The sangria flat was amazing as was the buffalo cauliflower appetizer. We had the shrimp scampi pizza at the recommendation of our server. It didn’t disappoint! Cute atmosphere outside by the fountain. Definitely will return and recommend to friends as well.

    Y’all need to communicate better with CPK. Got there and they had no reservation and were open about the fact that they don’t use open table, or have a system that allows booking through them. Even though they know you can (seemingly) reserve through open table. Had a lovely time, got seated nicely and right away, all was well. But this makes me hesitate to use open table ever again, seeing as it seems I can’t trust it to work, and next time we might get unlucky and have to sit around without a reservation that we could have otherwise made if we’d just called the restaurant direct.
