   This was our first visit to your restaurant, as we were celebrating a birthday. While the service was straightforward and the meal was fine, there was nothing about the experience that felt special or memorable. From ordering to paying the bill, everything felt routine. Unfortunately, it didn’t stand out compared to other restaurants that go the extra mile to make occasions like this feel more meaningful. I’m not sure I would return, as there are other places that offer a more engaging and personalized dining experience.

   Excellent experience; We had been before, but only for a light dinner; This time we got to sample a lot more of the menu: had the garlic bread and the arancini to start; Garlic bread was a spicy, buttery 11 out of 10; The arancini was quite good, but served with a whipped ricotta (vs. a marinara) it was a bit over-rich; Our mains were exquisite: my wife had the sea bream, and I the tagliatelle - both were fuego; Service has been on-point every time, and the bartender was easily able to accommodate some off-menu cocktail requests;

   We had a lovely dinner at ZUZU. The restaurant is casual and open. When we were there it was moderately busy and the service was attentive (not intrusive or absent). Multiple servers checked on us during pauses between courses and all were pleasant. The food was really good. We ordered several dishes and each was delicious. I would highly recommend the lentils - a light dish with a nice spicy kick and hint of lemony tang. Lentils and beans were cooked perfectly and the chard was wilted just the right amount, Only odd note, was there was no vanilla gelato for the affogato…not a problem as there were other good choices.

   We always love Cafe Zuzu! The food and service is awesome. The only downside is parents who let their children run around the restaurant at brunch. We may just stick to dinner in future.
