Cafe route is a bit of an all rounder! Brunch is fantastic, diner is absolutely delicious and the plates are incredible to share! So all round a super fun evening, the place is lovely to. Shame about the scaffolding surrounding the building but there isn’t anything they can do about that!

Watching one of the male waiters giving a shoulder massage and openly flirt etc. with one of the female waiters while she was eating dinner on the adjacent table, was very off putting.

Food was delicious and the team were very kind and accommodating. Me and my friends left with our bellies full and it felt healthy. We did not suffer from food coma!!! Definitely coming back.

Tables are on AstroTurf and the whole table wasn't covered as I was partly on the pavement. There also aren't heaters for everyone so for our table it was super cold Apart from that food was amazing and service was great!! Don't need to eat meat here to have an amazing meal - good for veggies and vegans

Lovely food, wine list and service – only downside is it's right next to a construction site (appreciate that it's absolutely not the restaurant's fault!) and the portion sizes are slightly smaller than expected for the price. But a great local spot and looking forward to going back when we can eat indoors!

Waiting staff were helpful and provided a great service. We ordered a number of dishes to share between a group of us and all the food was really good. Great selection of interesting and different salads.

We ate at Cafe Route prior to going to the Arcola theatre, which is very close. We have a very good meal and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was good with very generous portions. Service was excellent - lovely, friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food and with a theatre deal on top represents excellent value for London!
