   Unfortunately, when we arrived the restaurant had no knowledge of our booking. Fortunately that did not matter as there was plenty of space which in itself speaks volumes in this location on a Friday night. The food was extremely average. We were not looking for a fine dining experience, simply an accessible spot at which to meet up. From that point of view this was a good choice.

   Staff had no record of our open table booking. However, they were able to accommodate us after a 10 minute wait. Main course food took ages to arrive. 3 of the 4 dishes were reasonable, but my pulled beef burger was disappointing. Staff appeared rushed off their feet.

   Great evening meal, went with my in-laws, husband and daughter. Lovely food, but most of all the staff were absolutely outstanding, couldn't do enough for you, service was fantastic. Would definitely go again, purely for the staff at this restaurant, but the food was great and considering we're in Covent Garden, great value for money.

   We had a great meal and the service was excellent. We were not harried and allowed to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed at all. There were a couple of things that are worth a mention (a) they did not have a record of my online booking and there were a few items that were not available. This would not, however, prevent me from eating in a Café Rouge again.

   Post theatre birthday evening meal and it was a perfect treat. Good service, excellent food and elegant wine. A perfect end to a perfect day.

   Visited Cafe Rouge in a family party of seven for a family meal after viewing a matinee of 'The Lion King'. This was all in celebration of my wife's seventieth birthday. The choice on the menu was very good, the food we ordered was excellent and very well presented, the service was exemplary and the whole was very good value. We were all, from ages 10 to 70, very impressed with our visit to Café Rouge.

   We booked a table at this restaurant to follow a matinee show. They were very busy when we arrived. Although their was a problem finding our booking, we were seated quickly and served efficiently. Food was delicious.

   I arrived to find that the restaurant had no record of my booking! They suggested I had booked for a different location, but I had not. This is the first time something like this has ever happened and was a disappointing start to the evening. However, they were able to find a spare table. The waiter was very friendly and helpful and Pre-theatre vegetarian option was ok.

    Food was hot, the waiters prompt and friendly. Excellent for a pre-theatre meal.
