For a more intimate restaurant atmosphere then Café Rouge Kew Bridge is the perfect choice. We have dramatic rouge red curtains at the ground floor entrance with black and white framed artwork depicting Paris's famous bridges and romantic scenes throughout. Marble table tops, vintage tasselled lighting, banquette seating and a decadent gold ceiling all add to the ideal Parisian bistro feel.

The breakfast we ordered was cold but good, staff did not come back to our table to check if everything was ok so we could not complain!

It was my mum's birthday and I wrote a note to that affect, the restaurant didn't even acknowledge it was her birthday (not even by saying happy birthday to her) Food was okay, nothing special

Visited on Saturday evening with family, we had an 8pm booking and arrived in time but asked if we could go to the local pub for a drink first which was all sorted no problem. Service was excellent and made the evening really enjoyable. The location of the restaurant overlooking the river is very pleasant and if you wish and there is space there is the outside deck and upstairs balcony for alfresco eating and drinking. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced, we will return.

Excellent food as always with Cafe Rouge, consistently good. Lovely Xmas atmosphere and classy decor in restaurant. Staff were lovely, and very flexible as we were late. Very friendly, efficient service. Lovely meal and experience. Thank you!

Had dinner again at Cafe Rouge. The views on the river are very nice and staff are attentive and courteous; so we visit every now and then. The problem with the place remains that food is nothing special does not live up to the nice ambient. My Caesar salad was dull and there were anchovies in the salad (anchovies should be in the dressing not as fillets in the salad). It's not the end of the world, but... Oh well. Not sure it's worth it even with their offers.

Very good ambience on a sunny weekday evening. Staff welcoming even if they couldn't find our booking on open table. Food was mixed with a good salad but only average sirloin steak and chips. Overall a very pleasant evening and i'm sure we will go again
