   Afternoon Tea, bought by children as a treat. Lovely food, well presented - and plenty of it. Thanks especially to Fatmir the manager who sorted out the paperwork which BuyAGift does not make easy to interpret !! A very pleasant afternoon. Thank you. J&C

   Nice food but poor customer service and attitude from the management. Staff accepted our order with Cafe Rouge vouchers and then when we went to pay the bill they refused to accept the same vouchers we had shown them when ordering - saying that this was because we had ordered from the set menu. Offhand attitude from management. Would have been happy to pay cash for the meal if the manager had had the common courtesy to apologise for his mistake.

   Service was good but the steak I asked for rare was medium. It was changed but still over done and tasteless. I wouldn't rush back, but wouldn't say I'd never darken its doors again either.

   My husband and I were up in London on a cold wet January day. We booked for lunch at Cafe Rouge as we had some vouchers and were glad to be welcomed and shown to a warm table. The restaurant was very busy which was a good sign. We ate from the lunchtime specials. I had the soup to start which did the trick and I could feel myself warming up. For main I had the moules frites which were delicious. My husband had the steak frites and had a delicious blackberry and apple crumble with ice cream. The staff were very attentive and made sure that everything was OK several times. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the bill how reasonable it was and in fact have saved our money off vouchers for next time. Nice friendly warm atmosphere and tasty food. Would go back.

   This by far the best place at Hays Galleria - certainly the best value, and the food is consistently good. Staff are always pleasant. It can get busy, but on the upside, that means it's good for large groups. The wine list is right for this kind of restaurant - detailed enough, and with reasonable prices.

   We always use cafe Rouge Hays Galleria for regular meet ups with various groups of friends. The venue is in a central & convenient position, next to London Bridge, for everybody. Food is good and even better value when using the 50% discount voucher for main courses.

   Whilst the 2 course dinner is at a good price, the quality of the food is mediocre and the service was quite slow. Restaurant was packed on a Thursday so quite loud, as expected. Overall an ok experience.

   I've been here a few times. Yet again it took ages to find my reservation. However, it was another excellent meal.

    Most times when we are in London we end up eating at Cafe Rouge. The food is excellent, the service is good and the staff waiting at table are friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommend the restaurant if looking for a tasty and reasonably priced meal.
