Service was subpar. Server could’ve been more attentive and could care less if we had water or not. She ended up refilling our cups with sparking instead of flat.. would not recommend and would not return. Not worth the money.

The restaurant is fine and a very enjoyable place to have a meal. The reservation process was overdone, the requirement for a credit card deposit was layered with messages warning about when arrival was appropriate, how long we could be at the restaurant, and demands that we not check unit the entire party of four wasn’t there. Execution as a restaurant - very good. Making guest feel welcome and appreciated - not so much.

We went on 5/5. Four of us planned to enjoy happy hour before our dinner reservations at 6. There was no happy hour menu. Service was lacking, which we understand because of the lack of good help. Both rounds of drinks were $80 for 4 drinks plus a 20% tip during happy hour. For dinner the whole branzino and Brussels sprouts were fine. The cauliflower was still very cold and hard. Both orders of grilled octopus were cold and like rubber. The company was great. Unfortunately, I can’t see going back for either happy hour or dinner.

Great vibes and interior! The ribeye was amazing and the burger was fantastic as well! The sweet potato gnocchi was not my favorite but I could see others who like that liking it. Wine and cocktails were super aesthetically pleasing and delicious! The servers were all attentive and super nice! Will definitely come again!

My first dinner there many months ago was terrific. Choosing it to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday last weekend was a big mistake. Every dish was mediocre at best. And the espressos undrinkable for the four of us who like strong coffees. What happened?

The food and ambience were very nice. The service was very poor. Our waitress had very poor English speaking and comprehension skills which made ordering very difficult. We received our side dish just as we finished our entree. The worst part was receiving a bill for over $100 more than it should have been and that charge has yet to be taken off my credit card account. I do understand the difficulty in getting good help, but this server had no business in a customer facing position. Reflected very poorly on a very nice restaurant.

I found Cafe Riggs while looking through Open Table and took a chance. I had the croque modern with a over easy egg. It was made from brioche and had Parisian ham. It was rich but delicious.

The restaurant looks very nice, chic and classy vibes. Prices are a little above average and the food isn’t tasty at all. There’s basically no seasoning on either eggs, steaks or anything you may order.

The restaurant is lovely, with great lunch offerings. Unfortunately the service was slow and sun-par, which negatively impacted our ability to enjoy it. Understand many restaurants are dealing with staffing issues, and I hope Cafe Riggs is able to navigate through them.

This will be my new favorite lunch place, and also possibly drinks, dinner, pre theater, after theater. Gosh I wish I had gotten our server's name, because he was adorable - sweet, attentive without being intrusive, thoughtful suggestions when asked. And the interior is just gorgeous. Stylish and yet still calming and elegant. And of course, most importantly the food. We absolutely devoured our broccoli (!) salads with shrimp and other proteins. We were a little dubious about the broccoli but our server described and encouraged, and he was right! And sitting outdoors on one of the first warm days. What a wonderful return to semi-normal life!

Really enjoyed the dinner but the welcome and seating was disappointing. Arrived on time (5:30 PM) and was taken to a back table near the “server area”. This was especially surprising since the restaurant was nearly empty. When asked about availability of a different table, we were taken to another back table even closer to the “server area”. Then we were told the other tables didn’t have a server “available”.

Beautiful restaurant in an old bank building with marble columns and towering ceilings. Pricey, but good. We had a selection of appetizers, all fine, and three vegetable dishes, pretty good, but I wouldn’t order again. Service was excellent. Appreciated our waiter, who wore his mask correctly. Nice cocktails, although the Toreador was a bit on the skimpy side, served in a tiny glass. The other two ordered by our party were generous. I would return. Sound level, thanks to those ceilings, was good.

Has brunch on a Sunday. Overall the experience was nice. The hotel is beautiful and the aesthetics made our meal all the better. Service was good. Food was pretty good. French toast was borderline a little burnt, pancakes were grainy but decent and the soft scramble was delicious. The coffee however was horrible. Definitely need to offer something better. That included the latte as well as a standard coffee.

I love the ambiance of Cafe Riggs. It’s a beautiful setting that feels elegant but also quaint. My boyfriend and I came for brunch on a Saturday and waited about 10 mins to be seen after we sat down. There were a few waiters working but nobody came to our table. We had to flag down a worker to ask who our waiter was. A woman who was not dressed in uniform came over and apologized for the wait. She was very kind, quick, and attentive. Moments after, two other staff came by to check on us. They both apologized and let us know that our two coffees were on the house. That gesture was very much appreciated. This was my second time here and I will definitely go back! Love this spot.

Beautiful place and eclectic menu. Service, while friendly, was really slow. We found ourselves there for 2.5 hours, and having to ask for things multiple times. We were not asked if we wanted dessert (not that we wanted to sit any longer than we had).

I went here for the first time to treat myself to dinner on Valentine's Day! It is such a beautiful restaurant and so calm and quiet! My waitress, Ashley was so kind, welcoming and really great at describing the menu, which made the experience 10 times better! I will definitely recommend Cafe Riggs to family & friends. And I will definitely go again!

We loved the Sunday Brunch. Absolutely lovely and our staff person was excellent. Gorgeous Bloody Mary’s too. I had the French toast and my companion ordered the Salmon Benedict. Can’t wait to come back. Such a beautiful building and decor. Very special!

The Cafe was serving a significantly more-limited menu when I dined than that which was displayed on OpenTable. While this was a moderate disappointment, everything else about my visit was lovely. The night was not as perfect as I had hoped due to the menu, but I still enjoyed my evening. I plan to return.

A birthday dinner for my husband. They gave us special seating and a nice dessert afterwards. Our waiter was great and the ambience was perfect!

Loved the atmosphere and delicious food. The high ceilings and hard surfaces elevated the noise level. Our server was friendly, but stretched too thin to give us his best service.
