Our meal last night at Cafe Monarch was one of the best I’ve had in a very, very long time. We started with the caviar plate, which I would’ve been happy to stop right there. It was so delicious. I had the vegetarian prefix menu and my husband had the regular prefix menu. All of our plates were completely cleaned and taste buds satiated 💕 It is a beautiful environment and the staff while extremely competent was also surprisingly friendly and fun. Absolutely no pretense which makes a "fine dining" experience that much more enjoyable. A+

Always a rich experience. They have exceptional dishes with remarkable flavors. Service is impeccable (Todd is our go to waiter) as always. Excellent valet. Always enjoy dining here. Absolutely one of the best dining experiences in the Valley.

A wonderful and romantic place To dine. This is a special occasion restaurant for sure. Food was outstanding as was the service! One of us got the vegetarian course and that was just as amazing as the regular four course of the menu. Thank you For making our 10th anniversary special.

Superb culinary experience. Probably the best restaurant in the Phoenix Metro Area. From the ambiance, to the service, the wine list and to the menu everything was top notch. When Guide Michelin finally notices Arizona as a worth attention State Cafe Monarch will definitely earn a Star.
