   Cafe Monarch is expensive, and if they are going to ask customers to spend that amount of money, it is fair for customers to have equally high expectations about the experience provided….Cafe Monarch delivers, and then BLOWS PAST those expectations. Every detail is immaculately curated. The atmosphere is classy, but not pretentious. The wait staff are exceptionally professional, with attention paid to every single detail. You can truly tell everyone either enjoys working there, or are better actors than waiters (and they are elite at that). The food…we had the 8 course tasting menu, and picking a “favorite” was nearly impossible. It’s a 5.5 hour flight for me to Scottsdale, and I have already told my wife we will be traveling back SPECIFICALLY for her to get to experience Cafe Monarch. All things considered, I feel comfortable saying this is the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had (absolutely in a different stratosphere than some of the Michelin starred places I’ve been.)

   The absolute best experience!!! Went here with my friend for my birthday and our dining experience exceeded expectations! As soon as we entered the hostess wished me a happy birthday and gave us a personalized menus saying ‘happy birthday’. The waitstaff was so professional and extremely accommodating. The ambiance is lovely and it is so nice quiet on a Sunday night. The four-course meal was delicious and the signature cocktail was great! Great dinner for a special occasion!

   This was, without question, the best dining experience we've ever had. From the moment we walked in we were struck by the beauty of the venue. The staff was clearly well trained, attentive without being intrusive and fun to interact with. Their enthusiasm and knowledge elevated the entire experience. And then there was the food, absolutely exceptional. Every dish was a masterclass in flavor, presentation and creativity. It's rare to find a place where every element - setting, service and cuisine aligns so perfectly, but this restaurant delivers on every front! We can't wait to return!

   Cafe monarch is culinary genius. The service is pristine and top tier, with kind and knowledgable people in every interaction. With various coursed options for virtually any dietary accommodation, it is a MUST go to restaurant in Scottsdale. 10/10 in food, ambiance, service and overall experience. The 4 course vegetarian menu was the most DELICIOUS food I have had in Arizona.

    A truly unforgettable dining experience at Cafe Monarch From start to finish, our evening at Cafe Monarch was absolute perfection. Each of the four courses was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully plated, and completely unique—every dish felt like a culinary work of art, not just in presentation but in taste. The flavors were layered and refined, and you could tell how much care went into crafting every element of the menu. One of the highlights was the ability to customize our courses by mixing selections from both the regular and vegetarian menus. This flexibility allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds and made the experience feel even more tailored and personal. We also opted for the wine flight, and we’re so glad we did. Not only were the pairings spot-on, but our server was incredibly knowledgeable about each wine's origin and even shared stories about the winemakers themselves, which added a deeper level of appreciation to every glass. And then there’s the patio—gorgeous, romantic, and serene. Dining outdoors under the soft glow of string lights, surrounded by lush greenery, made the whole evening feel magical. Cafe Monarch is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. One we’ll absolutely be returning to again and again.
