   Our experience, a café Monarch was excellent as always, our second time coming for our anniversary. We will be making this an annual tradition.

   One of the best dining experiences of my life! I’ve experienced the tasting menus of 3-Star Michelin chefs Bruno Menard and Massimo Bottura, and this restaurant delivered with an exceptional experience on par with the best in the world. I highly recommend the 8-course tasting menu with the wine pairings. As for the atmosphere, it ranks #1 as a first-class romantic restaurant!

   This was an amazing dining experience! The ambiance, service and food were unbelievable. Todd was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our meal memorable and celebrate our engagement/30th birthday. 11/10 recommend.

   Excellent meal. Every dish was made to perfection. Portions were larger than expected. A burst of flavor in everything you eat. Courtyard seating was lovely. The caviar serving was amazing!

   It’s one of the best in the world and definitely the best in Arizona. Food, wine, service are all perfect. Especially the sommelier, he is s kind, and he can even speak some Japanese haha.

   Everything it’s hyped up to be. Group of 6 and decided to do the full Tasting Menu. Wine List was off the charts and great to explore. A bit pricey but one you won’t forget.

   This trip was our 55th wedding anniversary and we were very disappointed The caviar plate was great The service was great The parking attendant was great The drinks were good The four-course menu was awful We have eaten here on previous occasions and the multi course menus have always been good This trip every course was awful, over cooked, tiny portions, much smaller than previous trips, the pork chops were so tough you could hardly cut them, lack of taste with the sauce. The sea bass was also tough with some hard crust on it. My wife wanted the four-course menu, and I wanted the eight-course menu, but we were denied that option we had to order the same course menu for both of us, that is NOT accommodation. I guess they were aware that they were having trouble this night because they took the pork chops and sea bass off of our bill. Regardless, it ruined our anniversary celebration.
