    I’ve never felt so pampered at a restaurant before! It was amazing. The food was superb. The cost was extreme but I feel no regrets with the service and chef’s skill.

    Cafe Monarch is an exquisite experience. It feels like you have been transported into the heart of Europe, with beautiful ambience, top notch service and delicious food. As vegetarians, we appreciate the vegetarian tasting menu. This is our 2nd visit and it did not disappoint. We will be back for future special occasions!

    Ricky was a great sommelier and provided a fantastic overview of the wine pairings. Everything at a minimum tasted great, however, the Diver Scallop and Big Eye Tuna tasting were phenomenal and stars of the night.

    Absolutely the best dining experience of my life. And I’ve been to Cafe Monarch before and have dined at Michelin star restaurants and this evening was over the top incredible. All of the food was absolutely top notch, as expected. It’s difficult to really express how incredible the flavors of each dish were. Everything is presented so beautifully. The food is far from the only thing that shines here. The service is impeccable. They make you feel like royalty. The waiters are so knowledgeable on every aspect of the menu. The exceptional service can’t be understated, this place is incredible.

    What an amazing culinary experience: from the wine to the four course dinner, to the dessert wine, everything was perfect. Service was attentive but not overly, ambiance was perfect for our anniversary to the customized menu with our names. How Cafe Monarch does not have one or two stars in the Guide Michelin is a complete mistrust to me!

    Michelin Star worthy. Reminded us of Oriole in Chicago food-wise with a more elegant decor. It is a fine dining price tag but that was expected and worth it for our anniversary celebration.

    What an enchanted evening! My husband and I went to celebrate a birthday and were more impressed than ever with the quality and creativeness of the dishes. The service was spot-on and Alex (the server's assistant) was especially personable and charming. Thank you, Cafe Monarch! You continue to wow us.

    It was our first experience, overall it was nice. The first three courses were beyond expectation. Every bite was to remembered. The four course was above mediocre. Something you could probably find at a non- fine dining restaurant. I'd give it a 4.5 star. One other minus was the table next to us was obnoxious, the lady was probably having way too many glasses of wine or she was thinking this was a bar. I'd give this another try, hopefully they will change up their menu seasonally.

    One of the best restaurants I have ever been. Everybody was extremely friendly and professional. The food was amazing. The cocktails were are very good. Ambiance is great, beautiful decoration, good music. Perfect experience!! Will definitely go back. Recommend this to anybody looking for a great experience and food!!

    We came to the Monarch to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was fantastic-quite possibly the best lamb I have ever had. Service was excellent and friendly and most importantly professional and they knew through jobs well! We will back when visiting. Expensive and worth every cent. Exactly what we wanted

    Every detail of your experience here is taken into consideration. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, amazing food, gorgeous ambience. We were celebrating our anniversary and they celebrated right along with us. This restaurant is like a warm soft blanket on a cold day. Exquisite!

    The Cafe Monarch is our hands-down choice for special occasion dining. Since its opening, we've enjoyed about a dozen dinners here, each exceptional. Despite the fierce competition currently among high priced restaurants, the Monarch is our choice because it is not only aesthetically gorgeous, but also provides impeccable service and dining options. Two of our service staff this time were Curt and Giovanni-both knowledgeable about their craft , but also professional, and yet most personable. Apparently, notes are kept regarding our dining preferences, and even though the servers may change, the preferences are referenced and adhered to. My wife's birthday was not only verbally acknowledged by several staff, but we also received complimentary champagne and dessert! Nice! Thank you!

    great service and food. Price increase was too steep. the restaurant felt stuffy and too warm. I was even too hot. I am affraid how the heat must be affecting the waiters in three piece suit.

    Overall fantastic. Somm and bartenders all very knowledgable so if you need guidance they are a huge help in navigating their wine cellar selections which are extensive. The next time I am in Scottsdale I will definitely be back. Thank you Monarch

    We would wholeheartedly recommend Cafe Monarch!! The food has been amazing every time we have gone there. And we cannot say enough about the entire staff - from the valet, to the front staff, to the waiters and to the staff who brought the food out. The service is BEYOND excellent and every detail was perfect. We had the four course dinner and every course was unique and delicious.

    I've been to Cafe Monarch many times, and every time, it is an incredible experience. We always get Chris as our waiter, and he has to be the best in town. His service and attention to his guests are unmatched. His knowledge of the food and drinks is equally amazing. It was just an incredible night all around.

    Such a wonderful experience. From the cucumber mint infused water that was brought to our table immediately, to the dessert that was accompanied with a sparkler, everything was beautiful, delicious and exciting. As someone who isn’t accustomed to fine dining, I found all of the hospitality staff to be personable, friendly and reassuring. I did not feel uncomfortable even once throughout the four courses. If you are even considering giving this place a try, you absolutely should. Yes, it’s expensive. It is also going to be one of the best dining experiences of your life.
