   We have been there 3 times in the past year -Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. There is a big variety of food for everyone. Breakfast is served all day. The price is very reasonable for the amount and variety of food. We are planning on dining there for our future holiday dinners. Service is very attentive.

   The hot foods were barely warm. To me this is a big deal. And twice I was told was something would be located, it was not there.

   Our family party of six adults plus one two-year old child went for the 2025 Easter buffet. The adult price at about $70 (plus 22% tip, plus 6.5% tax, including mimosas and free parking) was reasonable compared to other venues. The location is great on I-Drive and the hotel and restaurant is beautiful and well-maintained. The food selections were abundant. We did have to search around to find different stations. For example, sushi and lamb were in separate rooms. Several dessert stations were scattered around . There were meats, fish, salads, soup, vegetables, pasta stations, etc. Some selections were very good, others were mediocre, but with so many selections you can find something you like. They also had a full breakfast buffet in operation. Service was very good, but we did have to call for drinks and plate removal service a few times. The employees were hard workers and had good attitudes. There was a cute Easter Bunny for the kids (and adults) to take pictures with. It was crowded and lively. We enjoyed ourselves and had a good time.

   Have been a patron of Cafe Gauguin for about 20 years and each time I know I made the right decision to spending my holiday with them. There’s always a dish at every station, that you’ll want to go back for seconds. Today, my favorite was the duck soup. That should be a staple! The staff is always warm and welcoming, treating you like family. Kudos to Adrian Lee and Ramon who set the standards for excellent management skills. The layout and cleanliness enhances the ambiance!

   This is the third year we came for Easter Brunch and for the cost, the food choices did not reflect paying that amount. The carved meats were fatty and don’t understand how they didn’t have Turkey or Steak as a carving station. Definitely was a huge downgrade from previous years. We will try something new for Easter in 2026

   The food was good, service was decent. The overall value was ok. At $ 90/person that included tax and a 22% service charge it was a bit much. I think 22% is a bit high for a buffet where you are getting your own food and your server is just refilling your drinks and clearing away dishes.
