The service was fantastic from the moment we stepped in the front door. We were a party of six with a baby and had just finished touring the Smithsonian museums. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get situated. We had the Lasagna, Chicken Parm, Bolognese and Pepperoni Pizza. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Highly recommend!

Flatbread Pizza was delicious! Service was wonderful. My Granddaughter really appreciated being offered a cookie.

Food was ok - I was expecting more with the reputation. Service was great. AC was not working in main room and I was extremely uncomfortable.

Started out great with exceptional service, and being attentive to our party of 4. However, after we ordered after dinner drinks (that took over 20-30 minutes) for a coffee & espresso martini our great experience started to take a nose dive. That extra wait for overpriced drinks kind of ruined it for us. The artichokes were delicious, but a bit salty. Caprese was decent. The meatballs & spaghetti are 2 smaller size meatballs for $28. The old fashioned were weak for the price. They do walk around with cookies on a pan for those who are interested, but charge for bread service.

The food is mostly classic Italian American prepared well, in a club-like atmosphere. It is a good option for downtown DC workers, a pre-theater meal, and for tourists. The prices are typical for a downtown DC restaurant but generally represent good value, with the exception of the vegetable antipasto bar. We ordered the 5 vegetable option. While all were excellent, the portion size was extremely small, especially at $34.

Pizza was not good. Very hard thin crust. The fried artichokes were excellent but everything else was underwhelming.

We had an amazing experience. Food and service was excellent. One of the best meals we have had in DC in a very long time.

New staff--very friendly but not yet finely tuned. Food was ok but not tremendous. Cocktails were the star of the show here. I'd def go back for pizza and cocktails
