Open seven days a week for dinner services, Cafe Diva is the place to go for a fine dining experience. It features a range of menu items created by Executive Chef Kate Van Rensselaer Rench, including offerings for vegetarians, vegans and those gluten sensitivities. Cafe Diva offers year round classics like Crab and Tomato Bisque and Venison Tenderloin as well as a variety of creative seasonal dishes.

Cafe Diva also features an extensive wine list and a cozy atmosphere making it an ideal place for a romantic evening with that special someone. As the weather warms we do offer a select number of patio tables all first come first served, and do not take reservations for these tables.

First time here. In the winter it’s booked solid so we finally got in in the fall. Now I understand why it’s booked. This restaurant checks all the boxes. Maybe it even leans toward healthy plates which is a huge plus in todays world. Instead of mac and cheese starter they had spaghetti squash and cheese - it was yummy. Chicken dish served on a bed of rice and cauliflower rice. A croquette with the beef tenderloin with sweet potato and maybe carrots. Definitely will return.

Just excellent! Food, staff, drinks, everything. We were glad to have found this place. Almost everywhere else is closed during the week near the Steamboat resort in September (it’s the off-off season). Cafe Diva is definitely the place to be! Get the venison. It’s delish.

Meh... Service was very informed and pleasant. Food ideas were somewhat creative, but not delicious and they repeated the same ingredients in many of the dishes. I have no problem dropping $1000 on a meal if it is divine, but our $300 meal here was completely not worth it.

Crab and tomato bisque was amazing. My wife and I both had the market catch halibut, and it was prepared sublimely, set in a perfectly balanced coconut curry sauce. Casey is an outstanding waiter and made the night special.

The food was interesting & delicious. 3% charge on the bill for kitchen staff. Which I've not encountered before. They do give you the option to ask for it to be removed. Expensive, but great service & food.

When I first read the menu I was worried that the food pairings might be too eclectic for my taste, but everything was delicious! We did the shrimp and crab cakes, lamb gyro dumplings, venison, little gem charred salad and creme brulee for dessert. It was all fantastic!

Best dining at the mountain! Upscale in a casual setting. Eat inside or on the outside patio area. The Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The food is absolutely the best and the selections are many. For a just a real nice dining experience or that special occasion you don't want to miss The Diva. We liked it so much that we canceled a reservation for our last night at Steamboat and returned to The Diva.
