Open seven days a week for dinner services, Cafe Diva is the place to go for a fine dining experience. It features a range of menu items created by Executive Chef Kate Van Rensselaer Rench, including offerings for vegetarians, vegans and those gluten sensitivities. Cafe Diva offers year round classics like Crab and Tomato Bisque and Venison Tenderloin as well as a variety of creative seasonal dishes.

Cafe Diva also features an extensive wine list and a cozy atmosphere making it an ideal place for a romantic evening with that special someone.

As the weather warms we offer patio seating on a first come first serve basis.

                                    Cafe Diva is a staple! A new menu for the season has us coming back to try what Chef Kate is mixing up! The service is amazing, and we are always eager for a date night. From food allergy accommodations to some of the most clever ways to present simple and real food ingredients, the creativity is flowing at Diva. Cafe Dina is hands down the best restaurant in the whole Yampa Valley!

                                    Three of the four of us had the halibut and it was cooked absolutely perfectly! The 4th had the beef tenderloin and it was a perfect medium rare as ordered. One of the best restaurants in Steamboat Springs.

                                    We had a wine pairing dining experience which was excellent. My only complaint is that I’m allergic to fish and they would not substitute the salmon appetizer. Chef Kate is superb with sauces which always adds palate intrigue. The wines were amazingly good, except the red was not a good pairing with the beef in my opinion, too light. Our waiter, Nicholas, was excellent. In all the years we’ve been enjoying Cafe Diva I can say they always present a delightful evening and worth the visit !!!

                                    Service was excellent & we were not rushed. The halibut was outstanding- so delicious! Every bite was perfect & our evening with friends was most enjoyable. Kasey our wait staff is very professional & efficient as well as most personable.

                                    Wonderful wine pairing four course dinner. The wines from Johan Vineyards were carefully paired with four delicious courses. Excellent variety fabulous preparation. We will be back for more wine pairing dinners.

                                    Treated like VIPs. Limited selections but that was to be expected. Halibut appeared slightly overcooked and a bit too salty for my taste. Still a great experience. Would return for a special occasion.

                                    Incredible little wine bar/bistro...by far the best meal of our extended Colorado vacation. Recommended to us by people at the Steamboat Springs summer farmers market on Saturday. Extremely personable people from the hostess/bartender to our server!
