Open seven days a week for dinner services, Cafe Diva is the place to go for a fine dining experience. It features a range of menu items created by Executive Chef Kate Van Rensselaer Rench, including offerings for vegetarians, vegans and those gluten sensitivities. Cafe Diva offers year round classics like Crab and Tomato Bisque and Venison Tenderloin as well as a variety of creative seasonal dishes.

Cafe Diva also features an extensive wine list and a cozy atmosphere making it an ideal place for a romantic evening with that special someone.

As the weather warms we offer patio seating on a first come first serve basis.

Join us for our classically prepared Fondue Night. Enjoy a night with friends and family around a bowl of Cheese or Chinois Fondue. Each fondues feed 2 guests and include chocolate fondue dessert with fresh fruit and lady fingers. Much of our Spring menu is also available. CHEESE FONDUE gruyère and raclette cheeses finished with champagne and kirschwasser includes cauliflower, baguette, beer brat, green apples additions: prosciutto & bresaola +$10, mushrooms +$8 FONDUE CHINOIS sherry beef broth served with choice of beef, shrimp, or combination, yukon gold mashed potatoes, vegetables, and dipping sauces.

Incredible little wine bar/bistro...by far the best meal of our extended Colorado vacation. Recommended to us by people at the Steamboat Springs summer farmers market on Saturday. Extremely personable people from the hostess/bartender to our server!

Just an overall amazing experience. The food is amazing. Everything we had was stunning. It is easily the best restaurant in Steamboat. We are from Boulder and might be better than any restaurant in Boulder. Service was excellent. The wine list is extensive and well crafted. We went twice in our 5 nights stay.

My friend and I went for the date night menu and it was absolutely divine! We had the Salmon Tataki special appetizer, the Pastrami Pork Belly and Prosciutto Pocket and they were all incredible with so much flavor. For dinner we got the Halibut and Beef Tenderloin and we ate every last bit. We got cappuccinos and the Snickers, Strawberry Cheesecake and Creme Brûlée for dessert and loved every sip and bite! We tried both of Abby's mocktails and they were so fresh and delicious! I had two of the dill mocktail and it was one of the best drinks ever! Casey was very knowledgable and took great care of us. Thanks for such a great dinner experience!

We were able to take advantage of one of Cafe Diva's Spring Specials (May- mid June). We chose the meat and shrimp fondue for two. The four dipping sauces were quite flavorful and the portion size was perfect for two. The special also included a chocolate dessert fondue with fruit and lady fingers. The dark chocolate was good enough to want a spoon to finish it. Service was friendly and attentive without rushing us. Nice dining is expensive but worth it at Cafe Diva.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for a memorable evening. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, setting the perfect tone for what turned out to be an outstanding dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can truly taste the care and creativity that went into every element of the menu.

It wasn’t bad.. the service was great. It’s made out to be a fine dining establishment but the quality of the food didn’t reflect that. Catch of the day was bland and venison had no flavor.

Super service—thanks Casey. Started with the three pea wedge. Had the gnocchi and the daily fish. Both were very good. The fish was truly outstanding.
