    Overall the ambience is great, food is great but the music was too loud and I could barely hear myself. The manager needs to turn down the music a bit besides that all good.

    The food was underwhelming for what I would consider tex-mex. The butter that they put on the fajitas was amazing though. As for the sound level, we were seated towards the back and there was a VERY noisy table next to us. Which is not the The Cadillac Bar's fault, but it would have been nice for the staff to be like, hey we love that you are having a great time, but we are in a small space so if you could keep it down that would be great. But you know. Overall we decided we would not come back here for dinner, however the brunch on Sunday is supposed to be amazing so we will try that.

    Small family reunion for lunch on a Friday. The service was excellent, we did more talking than eating and our server was very patient with us. The guacamole queso and fajitas were very good. We sat in a lovely booth by the window where we could talk

    The Redfish DelMar was very over cooked. I have had this item previously and it was prepared perfectly. Unfortunately this should not have left the kitchen. Service and everything else was great.

    This is always a great Houston Tex-mex spot. The drinks were really good, and they were able to accommodate my family as a last minute reservation. The food had some inconsistencies with the chips seemed like they were maybe fried in old oil , and the chicken on some of my families tacos were not that great. Other than that, I highly recommend their happy hour & their brunch. I wish they could extend the brunch to 3/4pm like most places in Houston!

    We were seated right away and our server was quick to our table. The queso blanco was not my jam, but the cheese enchiladas, beef enchiladas, mojitos, and green sauce were on point.

    Our server was pleasant, I but think the overall staff was overwhelmed with the number of customers on Christmas evening making for unusually long gaps between being seated, placing a cocktail order, getting the drinks and finally getting food 45 minutes after getting a table. Street tacos were excellent, and while the Cadillac Margarita was good, it was not exceptional. But many thanks for being open on the holiday!!!!
