   Haven't visited for a while as service was shocking last time and was entertaining clients. Pleased to say we had a lovely time, the waitress was very helpful and friendly and the food was great. Will be back again soon..

   Although I had had coffee and drinks at this location many times, since 2012, this was the first time that I had dined there. The food was very good; and we had a quiet table, which suited our business meeting

   Hi There, I took a Prospect client to the Lime Street Restaurant on the 16th April 2015, and I have to say I wasnt at all pleased. The Fire Alarm (or what sounded like) went off throughout the meeting every 10 minutes. We where then told that the kitchen did not have any gas, but that we were the last to get a hot meal, however, we all ordered chips and they never turned up, we were given crisps as a replacement. As I'm sure you can understand I was not in a position to make a scene given I was with prospect clients. However, I feel that as I spent £122 I don't feel I got any value out of it and the entire meal was a shambles. I'm irratated that this has happened as I have been to the lime street restaurant and others and have always had a great meal. I've had to reschedule the meeting as I never had a full conversation with them but I feel that first impressions are everything and I may have blown my chances.

   I was very disappointed that they had run out of fish and chips at just gone 1pm. This was a our main reason for going there as the fish and chips is amazing, but when we went to order we were told it ran out. On a Friday that is not good and it did spoil our visit a bit.

    We visited for a team lunch (birthday). The food was nice but felt the selection of sandwiches could have been better and a more varied menu would have been nicer.
