   The oysters were delicious but varied greatly in size, some were huge and fabulous, others were so small you thought the shell was empty

   Excellent seafood restaurant. The oysters were exceptional. Very fresh and large size. The entrees were the best in birmingham for seafood. We have a house in Gulf Shores, and I can say this restaurant equals the best in that area.

   Once we sat down it took another 15 minutes before someone even came to the table to get our drink order. They weren’t busy only one other couple was in the restaurant area and 4 people were sitting at the bar. It took an additional hour to get our appetizer and another 45 minutes after that to get our main course. My plate was $30 and had no flavor at all! My sister food was cold and my mothers red beans and rice were inedible (tasted like it was doused in vinegar) my husband got chicken fingers which he said were good. Staff was apologetic that it took so long but i can’t even say the food was worth the wait.

   My favorite seafood in helena! A little disappointed because our catfish plates were missing the hush puppies but we didn’t mind too much since there was already an insane amount of food!

   The service was great, Jamal was very quick and responsive. The food was delicious- oysters, crab claws and steak dinner were on point.

   Excellent food, well made bar drinks and service. The restaurant is casual, clean and well lit. It is laid back for a perfect casual night out.
