MATT WAS THE BEST SERVER
Knew the menu completely
The view was amazing
The Duck was so awesome
Megan was our server she did an amazing job, it was my boyfriends birthday and he enjoyed everything.
Good was great and view was amazing. Would definitely go back.
I was very surprised by the lack of knowledge regarding gluten intolerance and celiac with the servers. I was told by the server, “ you can walk around and you should be able to tell what things are gluten-free or not .” I have never heard such a thing. There were no ingredients stated at any of the stations, so there’s really no way of knowing what things are gluten free or not.. I will say that once I escalated the issue the manager was very courteous and friendly. However, I would warn anyone that has celiac or gluten intolerance the options are very limited and honestly not worth the brunch experience. I may try dinner in the future but was very unsatisfied with the brunch experience. There should definitely be more accommodation for gluten intolerance
Great service, attentive, kind, quick. Simple pleasures in high style. Had an amazing birthday. Highly recommend.
I went to celebrate my daughter’s 23 birthday and the attention to details were amazing! My appetizer took a while my daughter’s had come long before but that was my only complaint…
Amazingggggg experience, i will definitely dine again!!!
What a fantastic meal. Bygone was an amazing experience from the cocktails, to the seafood tower to the main dishes. All of it was top notch. It's a spendy place, but for a special night or a celebration it fits the bill!
My bride and I had dinner here after our wedding reception. Bygone was the perfect spot for our first intimate moment together. The gave us a corner window seat surrounded by windows. It couldn't have been more perfect. 👌
Great ambiance, and a definite must-go at some point in your life. Service & quality of food is also top notch, but expect to pay for it. We spent about $200 per person, which included 2 alcoholic drinks and a dessert.
We had our table Booked at 5.15 pm. Rob I think is is the manager I went and checked in he asked us to sit he will call me and my Pregnant wife was sitting and waiting He was sitting all other guests walking in front of us not saying anything he act like we are not belongs there 5.40 pm Receptionist came to us and us so can we help you we are waiting for the seat from the manager Ask us to sit and wait She immediately arrange our table and apologize to us in a different restaurant this is not a big deal in the restaurant like this managers attitude is unbelievable.
Our dinner experience was amazing with spectacular views.
It was perfect for a fancy dinner birthday celebration!
The service was 5 star and the quality of the food was outstanding. The price was remarkably over priced. The food was excellent and service was excellent but for one person to have a cocktail, a bite of a shared appetizer, and main entree and one table spoon of 2 sides, when all was said and done (tip, taxes, costs) it averaged out to almost $150/person. The same meal with the same service could easily be found at a less expensive location.
My partner and I had an incredible time at Bygone last night. Our server, Brian, was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the menu. He was funny and professional! The Prime Rib and Short ribs were delicious! The mixologist was able to craft a drink for us that was not on the menu. It was perfect. I would recommend this restaurant to others!
The experience was overall great! From the moment of entrance til the departure. The dining experience was Amazing we will definitely return very soon!
Our favorite place, but; In the past we've enjoyed the food and service - espeically the chef's table. Bygone was a classy place to dress up and have an exquisite meal out. I see now they have a dress code, which is good, online and posted at the entrance to the elevator. Incidentally this includes a COVID mask requirement for the buffet. All really good and shows how they care for their patrons. TOO BAD they don't enforce it at all. I can swear a few Baltimore panhandlers were having brunch on Sunday. Not everyone has "church going clothes" but at least take off your NFL knit hat per the rule. Declasse. And they hand out masks, very nice, to folks who "forget" theirs. But they don't enforce it. In the end.. enforce your rules... Time to look to some of Baltimore's other fine establishments.
The guy making my waffle burned the first one. The prime rib was cold. The shrimp was over cooked. The cheesy grits were dry. Overall the price of $75 per person was not right for the quality of the food, despite the large variety.
I had the best experience while visiting Bygone. Food was amazing and music was magnificent.
Gréât food , service was a bit slow but very courteous .
We had a wonderful time. The prime rib was excellent!
Excellent food and drinks with an excellent view of Baltimore
Very beautiful space. Food was decent but not worth the price.
Cocktails were good, wines by the glass mediocre.
Good spot for some drinks at the bar.
The experience was good. We did wait longer than expected for our entrees but other than that over experience was great
The whole experience was great. Our server explained everything. The view of the city was awesome. The food was great. Get the scallops when you go
Great food and beautiful views of the city. Highly recommend!
Very nice and upscale restaurant. The staff was very pleasant. The food was good. The view overlooking the harbor is amazing.
Very disappointing experience. They allow unmasked guests to roam around, including in the elevator which was very crowded, despite city ordinance requiring masks indoors. Yet, they carded us, a 52/41 couple. The manager was rude and seemed unconcern about the health risk of guests hanging out at the bar and lobby without masks. Yet, he would not accept a pic of my wife’s DL. Perhaps they care more about their liquor license than their guests’ health…
The waitress apologized and seem to be trying hard. But she couldn’t be as attentive as one might expect at this price point, given the number of tables she’s required to serve. All told, it took 40 minutes to place our food order. Food was so-so and we could not finish most of it.
This restaurant enjoys the best possible location in town. With so much potential, it’s a shame the execution is only mediocre.
Food was disappointing considering the price point. Service also lacked the level of attentiveness anticipated. Also, was disappointed that a very reasonable request to have the chef prepare an off menu item (fried oysters). Great view and solid drinks but overall this visit did not meet expectations.
Stephanie, our waitress, was fantastic!
Loved the ambience. The waiter and food service were exemplary. Even the hostess was helpful and so courteous. All very professional!
Everything was great but the Salmon menu, it was a bit salty.
At first we didn’t get a table in the back with a view as mentioned in the notes on the reservation, but someone left and we got a great table with a view of the city. The waiter has personality and was friendly. The food was great. Amazing night!
The venue gave me a great opportunity to show off our city to my out of town guest. The food was quite good. The service was pleasant but a bit uneven.
This place is wonderful
Ambiance was nice but it was so dark I couldn't see what I was eating.
Food was yummy. I had the tuna tartar and lamb. Cooked to perfection. Server was pleasant.
