   Must have been one of the most pretentious and disappointing experiences I ever had in a restaurant of such caliber. We had an Asian server that was so rude that she could not even excuse herself from using improper pronouns ( twice). As soon as we arrived she told us they have Voss sparkling water and she wanted to take our order without giving us a chance to even look at the menu. After about 15 min, when she returned, she could not even remember to bring the sparkling water. She kept saying with an attitude that we didn’t not order it ( sir sir twice even though I am a woman ), as she forgot. Luckily we could change our server soon after that but our night was ruined. It’s a shame that Atlas Group hires these type of people in their expensive restaurants. We had much more fun at the cheaper Tagliata, where the servers are actually polite.

   Our evening celebrating my son’s college graduation exceeded expectations, even though we’ve dined at The Bygone before. Food was exceptional, staff was helpful and courteous and our server “Hassan” set the bar for what every server aspires to be. Cheers

   I took my boyfriend there for his birthday dinner and to say it was one of the best experiences we’ve had is an understatement. This is a first time for us and we will definitely be back. The attentiveness from each and every team member was incredible. Our signature cocktails were amazing and tasted the exact same every time we ordered a new one and the presentation was very appealing. We got there early so we were able to go outside and sit on the patio and look at the incredible view before being sat at our table. We ordered two entrees from the evening specials including the steak topped with lobster and the venison kabob and it was delicious. If you are thinking about going here do it you won’t regret it. The food, view and ambiance was 10/10.

   It’s a beautiful place. However, the waitress insisted on reciting the menu to us as if we had not already read it and made up our minds, and when she finally finished she wasn’t ready to take our order. That was annoying. We were there to enjoy one another, not to hear a prepared speech. I also don’t understand why the entrees could not come with sides; instead, they tack on a separate $16 charge. I understand they want to make money, but it is just not necessary.

   The ByGone was an incredible experience. From our waitress, to the ambience, to the food - amazing! We arrived about half an hour early for our reservation and was seated right away. I give this place an 11/10 and will definitely be returning later at night next time to enjoy the beautiful view when it’s dark out. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the experience.

    What a view! Truly felt like we were transported and brought to a different "city"/different side of Baltimore. Swanky jazz music playing in the background, delicious and potent cocktails in hand, we were very impressed and moved by the ambience and sights! We made a reservation for four at the bar lounge area. We would have liked to have two couches instead of one couch and two stools - but c'est la vie!

    My wife and I heard so much about the Bygone on top of the Four Seasons. If you are into a more formal atmosphere, although almost nobody was dressed well, the view is perhaps worth a Sunday Brunch. However, don't expect the food to be exceptional or the service to be anything but OK. There are many good restaurants in Baltimore with much more to offer for the price.

    The restaurant advertises a certain "experience." They unnecessarily ask for your CC information when you make a reservation, suggesting a high level of service and demand. They allege that there is a dress code. However, the atmosphere in the restaurant felt more like a below average night club without a dress code than a 5-star restaurant. The restrooms were poorly maintained, and trash cans were full with used paper towels on the floor. Even the lounge had empty used glasses all around the bar and on the tables.

    The restaurant has the best views of the inner harbor in Baltimore and the sunset was purely divine from the balcony. The food was impressive. We had the crab dip which was absolutely delicious and incredibly well seasoned. For main dishes, I had the 36 hour marinated short ribs and I couldn’t believe how magically tender and flavorful they were. My wife had the steak and lobster and it lived up to its name. The staff were very attentive and made sure the bread basket was filled, glasses never empty and were were enjoying our wedding anniversary. The wine cellar was a masterpiece on its own and it came with a variety of high quality wines. I think I have found a permanent place to celebrate our anniversary every year. Thank you bygone. The only word of caution is to expect a price tag that comes with a 5-star restaurant service. The item prices were $$$$. You must be prepared to spend for the quality the provide.

    Great food and views. They serve small plates filled with delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. They have great customer service, however the valet at the 4 seasons is hit or miss. The prime rib, the brussel sprouts, the ceviche with red snapper, the fried octopus, and the mac and four cheeses is amazing. Will definitely be back for regular dining.

    Dinner was good, first time visiting Baltimore this was a restaurant in the hotel. Our waiter was fantastic, however food was mediocre. While visiting Baltimore most of the restaurants visited are our by the ATLAS group. All the menus are the same with a few changes. Price points are all the expensive for what you get. Next Visit need to do my homework on restaurant's to visit.

    We arrived at 6:25 had a drink then order a few appetizers. We finished the appetizers and ordered the main dishes at around seven. They arrived at 9:15. The rack of lamb was served with no bones and cut into small pieces. It was dry and tough. The Dover Sole did not have any flavor and the Bison was dry and ws taken home for the dogs. The waitress said the bison takes 45 minutes to cook and she forgot to inform of us, why it two hours we don’t know. We have been attending Atlas Restaurants for many years, they usually are very good . Last night was a horror show.

    I visited with my daughters for mother's day and it was hands down amazing from beginning to end. The service was incomparable, the ambience was something to be desired, the Mac and Cheese side dish made me want to kiss the chef, the drinks were perfection and the music kept you on your feet. My only complaint is the short rib was a little cold, fatty and not as tender as expected. My daughter had a crabcake and she gave it 5 stars. I'd definitely return and go for the crabcake next time.

    Our server did a fantastic job, but the kitchen was a little slow in getting out our main dishes and it became uncomfortable sitting for that long. Food taste I would give 3 and a half stars maybe 4 stars. The main dish sizes were ok the Appetizers sizes could have been bigger. Over all don't feel the value of their prices.

    The service was wonderful and the view was spectacular. However both out entree’s and sides had zero seasoning what so ever. He ordered prime rib and soft shell crab with Brussel sprouts and I ordered lobster with soft shell crab and side of mushrooms. Neither of these dishes had any taste. As such we were truly disappointed because we had such high expectations.

    Our Server Hass was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the food and wine menus. He knows what entrees pair well with each wine. All staff was pleasant. Very warming and inviting atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend to others.
