Bygone’s warm & welcoming atmosphere is reminiscent of an old-school social club, while our open rotisserie grill, whiskey bar & craft cocktails add a flair that is contemporary.

I had high expectations and The Bygone exceeded them. The food and wait service were excellent. Nice little French touches like the table-side prep for the Wagu beef. Gumbo was a little tepid but Red Snapper was delicious. Even on an overcast evening that masked the night sky, you felt like you were in NYC not Baltimore, watching the lamplights twinkle in the harbor, the cool jazz playing. We did get the fabled Table 61 which enhanced the evening too. A memorable birthday for a wonderful wife.
Went for a birthday celebration with my hubby and I loved it . I had the 32 hour brisket and my hubby had the lamb , we were both well pleased . The ambience was classy and befitting of a special occasion.
Beautiful restaurant, amazing views and great food. A little pricey but we were prepared for that. We had great servers and the lobster risotto came with a full 8 ounce lobster tail. The oysters were sublime and their bygone sundae was delicious. I definitely recommended for a special occasion or if you're trying to impress someone!!!
Beautiful view (as expected) ! Food was delicious and service (excellent) was what you would hope at such a lovely upscale restaurant. Yes it is $$$$ but it is worth it .
Recommended by friends, went for wife's birthday. Was not disappointed. From the moment you walk into their private elevator the experience was a pleasure. Service, food and view wewre all excellent. Have made reservations for our anniversary in Feb.
Either the exception of my main course being too salty, everything was perfect.
Our waiter was very friendly. The food and drinks were amazing.
I loved how cozy and relaxing it with a view of the beautiful city skyline.
Bygone's Sunday Bruch Experience is as perfect for a quiet, romantic date overlooking the harbor as is it for fun outing with friends and/or family. The staff was friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. The food was super fresh and super amazing! I can't wait to go back!
Celebrated out 19th year anniversary ! Cool place !
My food was great however my husband steak was ordered medium rare but came out medium.
Bygone, please keep up the great work.
With reach visit I am more impressed.
You are a true tribute to and asset of Baltimore. What a view, fantastic service (John) and oh yes incredible food!!!
Thank you Bygone.
Bartenders weren't nice. The steak was very tough. Medium rare, but they just over charred the outside in butter. I could barely cut through and you couldn't taste anything but the butter. It was my wife's bday, and they brought the check and dessert menu, and wanted us to pay, and then the birthday dessert came out.
I would go back, except to maybe get a drink in the bar because the view is great. Service wasn't good for a moderate priced restaurant, let alone a high price one.
Awesome view, great service.
Service was extremely slow only for our table. Food arrived COLD. Requested fresh hot coffee that never arrived.
Had to ask the matradee for the check. Simply poor service.
Amazing as always!
I celebrated my 33rd birthday here for the Brunch hour and it was amazing. The open buffet and omelette station was great. They also had bottomless mimosas and Peach Bellini were awesome. Our server was also amazing. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back for dinner.
Eating at the Bygone was the best dinner/experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My bf and I got the five course meal specially prepared by the chef with added wine pairing, and each meal was better than the next. The wines were delicious and perfectly paired to each meal, they even changed the menu to suit my tastes.
From the elevator ride up to the 29 th floor and the view of Baltimore to excellent Service by Alex and the drinks and food every thing was amazing. Thanks for a great Anniversary night to remember.
Our first time dining at Bygone, a table by the window is the only thing that could have made this experience any better. Food and service were flawless. did the tasting menu and had the chef himself come and present each dish. Huge portions for a tasting and left needing stretchy pants! Loved the vibe and will be back again another night, will request by the window next time.
My date sucked by Bygone didnt
The Cauliflower appetizer was excellent! The service was very good. The food was delicious. The view is outstanding. The only disappointment is there are no dining table in the bar to eat. The views in there were more 3 dimensional.
I asked for a table with a view when making the reservation. That sat us in a corner behind a curtain when there was a table with an awesome view open the entire time. They would not move us.
It was a lovely way to spend Christmas night. Our server was wonderfully accommodating and the view at sunset was lovely. There was even a Christmas night proposal. It was like being in a movie❣ If I lived in Baltimore I would find other occasions to go to Bygone.
Bygone shows the importance of 3 critical elements for a top notch dining experience - food, service, and atmosphere. I visited Christmas Day for their Lunch Buffet and it did not disappoint. Perhaps many foodies will question food quality when it is prepared in large amounts for a buffet but the Bygone chefs are at the top of their game. The Coq au vin, prime rib, oyster dressing, varieties of oysters, and artistic desserts were superb. The staff are all well trained professionals who offer genuine welcome and attentive service - I was especially impressed by Ernie and Boomer. I ate in the Bar this time which allowed for the best views in Baltimore with glass walls on 3 sides overlooking the harbor. Thanks for a great experience!
Gatsby-esque - so much fun, delicious, beautiful view. Elevator operator was fantastic, bar scene and cocktails outstanding - I liked the Bygone made with tequila. Table side preparations were great for instagramming and made the conservations delightful. Wait staff was superb. Top of the heap!
Epic views, service and food.
Wonderful food and great service! Special place for a great birthday dinner!
This restaurant is usually exceptional but this time it was average. I still recommend going for the experience. Their truffle roasted chicken is the best ever but not now on the menu. ASK THEM TO RETURN THE TRUFFLE ROASTED CHICKEN TO THE MENU.
The view alone makes this worth the trip. The quality of the food, service and ambiance were excellent. Beautiful decor for the holidays. A wonderful evening. Would definitely go again, particularly in warmer weather to be able to be on the balcony enjoying the view.
The dinner and atmosphere were great. To be able to overlook the city and enjoy your meal at sametime was special. Highly recommend the cajun cauliflower to start. The drinks were very good, love the old fashion. Thanks for making our 23 year anniversary special.
Always impeccable service and innovative cuisine. We would recommend this restaurant to all our friends!
The Bygone setting on the 29th floor is one of the most beautiful in Baltimore. It is gorgeous. The Four Season's hotel lobby and the restaurant are among the best decorated spaces I have seen in this city. The food and the service are absolutely wonderful. Everything there speaks of sophistication and class.
Neil, our waiter, was wonderful and the experience overall was really fabulous. My new favorite place!
Everything was absolutely amazing for my husband’s birthday EXCEPT the issue w the elevator and the Club across the hall. Paying that kind of money to experience the evening we had should have never crossed w a Night Club. I came for an amazing experience but the end result turned me off. Maybe there needs to be a separate elevator for the clubbers vs the dinner guests. That was enough to make me not return. Also, there was an empty table of 4 when I arrived by the window n I politely asked to be seated there. I was refused but a guest arriving 30 minutes later was allowed to be seated by the window. What a birthday celebration bummer! I actually came n booked the place because all my hubby wanted was the view during dinner. Very disappointing to say the least....
Awesome view! Awesome food! Awesome service! Bygone is a delightful surprise!
Exquisite food, service and location. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely evening and the food was fantastic!!!! Loved our table by the window. Views are fantastic!
It was nice, romantic with an excellent view of the city and being as it was nighttime the scenery in and out was gorgeous. Staff was very attentive and helpful.
