A hidden gem in Chesterfield! Authentic Italian restaurant run by a mother and son. Service was great, food and drinks were delicious. Ambience was great for a night with friends or a romantic dinner. It was our first time there and we felt like family! Can’t wait to go back!

We arrived at the time of our reservation and waited about 15 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was full so the noise level was high. Our server came to our table right away and took drink orders. We passed on ordering appetizers and ordered our dinners within 15 minutes of being seated. Salads came out quickly then we waited about 45 minutes for our entrees. At one point our server came by and told us it would be just 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later we flagged her down and she said our food was being plated. It came out within 5 minutes of that. The food was fantastic, everyone loved what they ordered. Our server did the best she could do. I think perhaps the kitchen was a bit overwhelmed. It seemed that several couples moved from 2 top tables to the bar because they didn’t like the location of the 2 top. They then backfilled those 2 tops so they had more diners all at the same time which would strain the kitchen. We will definitely go again and we will recommend it. It’s great to have such high quality Italian food in the area.

The food is pretty good with a diverse menu that has a lot of interesting Italian entrees. Appetizers and salads likewise very good. Really would like this place to do well. It's the seating. Very crammed and the tables for two are rough. What we had was on the entryway/walkway between a railing with tables for two literally right next to you, only two feet higher and the aisle that everyone walks by to get to the bar, and of course the kitchen. I counted 38 over one ten minute period and they're within six-ten inched going by. My elbow was bumped three times. It's loud and the table is like a runway, four feet long and about twenty inches wide. Had to lean as far forward as possible and yell to talk to my wife. Hope they fix this.

Have been here several times and really enjoy the food. Our server, Chris was very attentive and we all enjoyed all of our meals. Will continue to visit.

Had the veal saltimbocca, it was just ok. Basically just veal with a butter sauce and some cheese melted on top. The veal was kind of chewy. Came with two asparagus spears. Nothing special.

By far, the BEST bolognese sauce in St. Louis! The salmon was amazing. Very large portions.

Feel the prices are much too high for the quality of food. As if they are trying to be a higher level of restaurant but they just aren’t it. Ordered a Caesar salad and the dressing was sweet, not a Caesar, more like an Italian. At 11.50 for the salad, the server should have offered fresh cracked pepper and it should have been a great house made anchovy based dressing. Risotto is the side offered with most dishes. It was under cooked. Not al dente but crunchy in the center with alot of excess liquid. $14.00 cocktails are too high as well. The service was good at least. In this town there are many options for high end Italian eateries, this one missies the mark.
