Our server was lovely and the food was so yummy! I would highly recommend if you like cajun inspired food. The shrimp and jalapeño grits were amazing and the mushroom truffle toast was fantastic!
The food and drinks were awesome!!!
Good was okay. Nothing special at this restaurant. Service was good. Drinks were fair. Soda water in my wife’s drink was flat.
Reservation for brunch on Sunday was super difficult to get. Had to book 4 weeks in advanced. When arrived, we was sat down immediately. Ordering our entrees was quick and easy. What disappointed me was the fact that one of the entry’s ordered came out super quick. But it didn’t come with the sides ordered along with it. After being told my entry was being backed up (chicken and waffles), we also placed an order for the burger sliders and that came out quick. Basically everything came out on time but the chicken and waffles. Two main entry’s should be coming out together. I also ordered bacon for my chicken and waffles and the bacon came out 25 mins before my entry. I was very disappointed. At that point I kept checking the time and it took exactly 40mins for my entry to come out. By the time my entry came out, I’ve lost my appetite. The chicken and waffles was good. But the wait killed my excitement. I probably won’t be returning here. The long anticipated wait was not worth it.
This is our second time coming here and we were not disappointed. The food was phenomenal, service was quick and overall it was a great experience. Will definitely be back again.
Best Fried chicken! Great bourbon selection and specialty drinks!
For being tapas style, the spacing of the plates to the table was poor. Ordered 3 plates and drinks shortly after sitting. 1st plate was finished before the second came out. After another round of drinks and an hour after we sat we ask where the 3rd plate is to be told there was a mistake and it was sent to a different table. Mistakes happen, but no real acknowledgment of the mistake, never checking in to see if we received everything, no offer of a comp drink, simply that it wouldn’t be on the bill. 1 hour for 2 small plates & 5 drinks between 3 people.
Fun, sexy atmosphere with awesome food and cocktails. Small portions but incredibly rich food. The fried chicken sliders and Mac & Cheese are a must.
Yum! Fresh, quick, quality ingredients.
Excellent food. Slow service, had to ask for things like the check and water
We were seated next to 3 large groups of 10+ people celebrating birthdays, in a small basement room, everyone shouting, noise was unbearable. Servers were distracted didn't take our orders or care about us, our server even questioned why I chose to give a custom 15% tip I read of the 20, 25 or 30% presets on the portable credit card reader. Food is just an step up for fast food.
Worst experience dinning in a long time.
I recently went to buttermilk and bourbon with a group of friends! Ambience was very cool, the food was delicious. The plates are described as “medium sized” but I would definitely call the portions on the smaller side (think tapas). Ordering a few dishes is definitely the move. The service is where my rating is lower. It was 25 minutes before we were able to get a drink order in. Following that, the food came out quickly, we ate in a matter of a half hour. After declining dessert, it took nearly an hour to get our check and get out of there. Would try again, hopefully the service issue was just a fluke.
Sat outdoors and all around… crafted cocktails we beautiful and delish! The biscuits to die for and small plates perfect for sharing. So happy to have stumbled on this winner.
Got the fried.m chicken sliders, and me and my sister were sick all night. Would not recommend
Some of the best Southern food I’ve ever had, especially the biscuits, not to mention excellent service. Amazing experience all around!
The food! The plates are served and are the sizing of Tapas style. We ordered 7 dishes and that was more than enough for four people. The biscuits were out of this world.. I regret not ordering extra to take home! Cocktails were inventive and overall a really good time.
Best fried chicken I’ve had in a while! Plus tried gator for the first time and it was better than I expected! Great location and love the patio seating.
Fun place to dine with friends! We tried 9, yes 9, of the dishes! And a couple of oysters as well! This is what we ordered (there were 4 of us and we couldn't finish everything): B Warm Honey Glazed Biscuits are a must have; New Orleans BBQ Shrimp was a bit spicy and served on a bed of creamy grits that were very good; Roasted Jalapeño Mac the Nashville Hot Alligator Fries were fun if you want to say you ate alligator, but not a necessity (I wouldn't order them again); Fried Chicken sliders are a MUST order – the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside; Fried chicken thighs were just as good and prepared the same way as the sliders; Baby Kale Salad was not good and tasted way too earthy and I am a kale lover – it did not pair well with the other dished but did provide a bit of green to our meal; and the Maple Brook Farms Burrata was creamy and flavorful served on top of a fried green tomato (not my favorite but very well prepared if you like fried green tomatoes.) All the dishes come out as they are ready but pretty quickly. A place to go with like minded eaters for a casual dining experience.
Great food and service!!
Service is everything and our server was amazing!!
The food was incredible and the atmosphere was so fun!
I got charged a cake fee for a cake I brought in lmao . Otherwise it was a great experience from beginning to end
This was our first time and from the moment we stepped in everyone was very nice. We order the hurricane drink which was good. Everything we ordered was great which isn't anyways the case. One thing not to be missed when you order the ribs is the sweet spoonbread sitting on the bottom of the plate. This should definitely be sold as its own side because it's so good. We also tried the biscuits, BBQ shrimp, mac and cheese and fried chicken. We finished off our meal with the beignets which were fluffy and almost like Cafe du monde. We will definitely come back to try other things.
I came back to Boston for a work trip and was excited to come back to B&B. I wasn't let down. The food was as delicious as I remembered it. My colleagues, who ate there for the first time, were just as satisfied.
We had a reservation for 4 but were put at a table for 8 in a room without much ambiance.
True southern fare that was just awesome ! Service was fantastic and I can't wait to dine there again !!
Small plates. Good for sharing or sampling tapas style. The biscuits are amazing!
Always a good time here. The food was great, service was timely and attentive. We wish we had more room in our stomachs to try more.
This was our second visit with good friends. We loved it. The food was amazing …. again 👌🏻
The beignets were to die for! However, the other items were mediocre. The catfish lacked seasoning. Fatty wings. The white bbq was different! It was ok.
We sat outside in a beautiful day! The food and drinks were delicious and did not disappoint!
This has become one of my favorite spots in Boston. The food is tremendous and the portions are beyond generous considering they are serve “tapas” style. The chicken sliders are to die for…
We had a great time! Amazing food and great atmosphere
An amazing place to be and an amazing food. Second time here and I loved more than the first time.
Outstanding food! Wish that the outdoor heat lamps were working though, the cold detracted a bit from the experience of eating out there.
This restaurant never disappoints. Everything was terrific.
My friend's flight was delayed so we were in danger of losing our reservations. I called, explained the situation, and the hostess very generously moved our start time. We were off to a great start! Once there, our server Fernando kept the good vibe going with his awesomeness. We ordered cocktails, fried chicken thighs, biscuits, mushroom toast, Memphis ribs, and beignets for dessert. Everything except the ribs was scrumptious. It really was a delicious meal and the cocktails were yummy too.
Asked them to lower the music, they had to be asked 3x.. .Was not impressed with the lyrics" Ni**er" word.watch what you play. Will not be back. Was actual going to bring my wife for dinner the nxt nite.Passed after that experience. Which is only 20min away . Instead went to The Porch which was Hr away. Had a wonderful time with live music. Hope lesson learned 🙏. Thank you
