   Great food, beautiful space, and amazing servers! If I went again I would approach the menu by sharing everything. Portions are large.

   Four of us went out to dinner tonight, and while I wasn’t really keeping a close eye on the tab, I was still shocked when the bill arrived — $350+. I ordered a couple of double Tito’s, my friend had a couple glasses of white wine, and my partner had a couple beers. All four of us ordered a New York strip. I wasn’t expecting a cheap night out, but I also wasn’t expecting the total to be that high. It honestly left me stunned. I can make a comparable dinner at home — drinks included — for under $100. I understand that dining out is about more than just the food; it’s about the experience, the atmosphere, the service. But nights like this make me take a step back and reconsider. The pricing at many restaurants right now — including Butchertown Hall — feels like it’s reaching an unsustainable level. I’m all for a great night out, but I think we’ve crossed into territory where something just isn’t adding up.

   We drove from Chicago to Nashville and decided to eat at Butchertown Hall because it advertised that it was dog friendly. However, the meal was terrible; we ordered brisket, burgers, and tacos, and the food was served cold and flavorless. The waiter was pleasant and helpful, but everything else was quite disappointing.

   Once again, we enjoyed fabulous food, dynamite drinks and superb service at Butchertown Hall. Always a wonderful evening.

   Great food, great prices, great service. Really like the fact that the tables are spread out enough that you can enjoy conversation at your table without having to talk over the next table.

   The queso and guacamole were both fantastic. The brisket sandwich and cheeseburger were both pretty terrible.

    Took a while to get drinks and beer was lukewarm, service overall was slow. Sat by door and hostess stand where it was cold, dining room looked beautiful though. Great food and prices were what we expected
