    Their website made it sound like it was a special event. When we got there they didn't have what we wanted and would not provide any alternatives. The bar service was slow.

    First of all the patio was such a hit with the beautiful weather we were having today! My waitress Macy was so sweet and has such a beautiful smile, she reminded me of a real life Disney character. Such charisma for her job and I loved it!

    We waited a long while for food but our server Macy made sure we were updated accordingly and took good care of us while we waited. The food was very good and we could see that tonight you guys were very short staffed. Overall we had an amazing experience and will be back for more!

    Service was slow at first. Couldn't get a smoked old fashioned because they were out of wood chips, Mojito was missing an ingredient because they were out of it. Everyone was friendly, food was good. Overall experience was ok.

    The live music was seriously such a nice touch with my $8 chocolate martini!! Macy was my server and she was so gracious and sweet. I will definitely be requesting her as my server when I come back!

    Went on a Tuesday night right around 6. Zero wait and was not busy at all! Initially it took them a while to even come to the table. The appetizers came out cold (and after waiting more than a half hour). Definitely would recommend sitting outside on the patio, as it seems whenever sitting inside you get ignored.

    Had to try the new Smash Burger on this visit since it was $10 with fries. I was not expecting it to be this good. It was juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor. Probably one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. Nice job Burntwood. Excellent burger.

    Sadly our server never checked on us never asked us if we wanted another round of drinks. never checked to see how our dinners were, begged for water.Dessert? What is that ? If our server was overwhelmed or busy, it would’ve been nice for her to tell us or apologize so we would be able to understand. Very disappointed. Thanks for the lousy Father’s Day.

    My biggest complaint was we had a reservation for 5 at an outdoor table and we were given a square four top with 5 chairs. They have few tables to sit more than 5 (unless pulling several together), but it was an awkward arrangement given we specifically went there for the outdoor patio with 5 people. I think they need to update their reservation seating on the app or maybe it was a hostess thing seating another group at what would’ve been our table?!

    We tried the new crab cake appetizer and it was delicious. It was a bit pricey but was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. The Salmon Salad was excellent also. We really enjoyed our lunch. Thank you.

    Food quality has gone down . Last night my boyfriend ordered the French dip. The fries were drenched in oil. The cheese was not even melted and the sandwich cold. It maybe awhile for us to be back again.
