   We ended up waiting 40 minutes for burgers! The restaurant was not that busy even though it was Mother’s Day. We sat in the second booth near the bar. The waitress kept walking by saying any minute now any minute now, and it was another 15 or 20 minutes that went by. the waitress didn’t seem to have any problem visiting with other tables, at one table she talked for 10 minutes and didn’t even go and check in the kitchen. Another person brought the meals out to our table and they were totally incorrect. my husband’s burger was to be absolutely plain, he has allergies and ordered a plain burger. The burger had everything on it. when the waitress came by and saw this all had happened, she tried to blame the kitchen. It dhould nit have taken 40 minutes. We will not be coming back to the Burntwood because the service was so terrible and she wouldn’t waitress wouldn’t even take issue on anything. She just try to dump it off at anybody else because she was too busy socializing. You need to have a look at this restaurant as there a little loose on service.

   I was part of a party of two, reservations at 4 o’clock, and got right in, but we never got our salads till almost 5 o’clock and our dinner till almost 530. My steak quality was poor at best, but after waiting so long, I didn’t want to send it back. Our waitress was doing her best, she was spread too thin, and I heard her apologizing to many other people who had to wait also. Until today I had always had good experiences at this restaurant, sad to say, I will not be returning

   This is my fourth strait a year of attending the Mother’s Day brunch and all I can say is its absolutely a beautiful experiment. Love the environment, and the chefs are superb.

   Real great experience from the food to the great service by the guy Lebron Only downside there was no salt or pepper on the table and they didn’t have steak sauce… But I do recommend anyone to go there and eat

    Went with another couple on a weekday night. Restaurant was packed but, because we had a reservation, we were seated immediately. Our server was fantastic, but she explained that the kitchen was overwhelmed and orders were taking longer than normal. One friend wanted pork chops, but they were out. A couple of friends were drinking martinis and, at one point in the evening, the bar ran out of martini glasses. The servers had to come collect them, and wash them, before my friends could get another. I had my sights set on the lava cake for dessert and mentioned that before we ordered dinner, only to find out at dessert time that they were out. I ordered the chicken Milanese. It was cold, over cooked, dry, and far too heavily breaded. The sauce on top was too sparse and cold so it was comfy. I don’t expect to return.

    Wednesday night reunion with Cleveland friends. It was a very business night at the restaurant in which 3 people had called off, but our server, Ruby, handled our party of 7 masterfully. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. Nice selection of glasses of wine by the glass and local craft beers.

    They were out of everything we wanted to order, food came in bits and pieces, roasted vegetables were sautéed oily onion pepper and zucchini, no roasted at all! Place is run down, bathrooms need updated and cleaned,no paper towels etc, disappointed because we really like burntwood!

    Ran out of taco shells for fish tacos, didn't bring a menu to choose different dish, brought my friend a teaspoon for their soup. had smoked old fashion drink and couldn't see, smell or taste the smoke. Too bad, the atmosphere is decent, but downhill from there.

    We have dined at Burntwood many times and this was by far the WORST dinning experience. The service was poor with so many errors, the food took forever; appetizers ordered took 56 minutes to arrive at the table!. We were never offered any beverages after our initial first round, water was never refilled. We had a birthday cake and the server actually asked if we wanted it brought to us in the box, she did not bring silverware, napkins or a knife to cut the cake. The manager when asked to stop over simply told us everything was taking longer because it was a new menu; not true … same dinner menu I have ordered from since Burtwood opened. What happened Burtwood… And no children’s menu… still waiting for my grandson’s dinner.. never arrived 😡

    The restaurant was great as usual but the food was way below average and I will not be going back any time soon on a holiday. The food was ice cold and not good. The service was excellent but nothing was good about the food. Way over priced for what we got.

    First thing we noticed were sticky floors and unclean bathrooms. Tabletop was sticky and I had to brush crumbs off the booth seat before sitting down. Unacceptable at a supposed upscale restaurant. Staff acted like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. No sense of hospitality whatsoever. Food was awful, especially for what we paid. Chicken breast atop salad was so dry, I could not cut it. Sent it back. My husband ordered steak frites which were described as being topped with “tobacco onions”. Plate came out with no onions and zero presentation . Literally steak and fries thrown on a plate. When he asked about the onions, the waitress said they had run out. Then, a few minutes later, she returned with a plate of the fried onions … so either she lied about being out of them; was misinformed by kitchen; or just didn’t bother to really check. Wanted to like this place but it was definitely the worst meal I’ve had in a long time.

    Easily the worst experience I've ever had at any of the Burntwood Tavern locations. Terrible service - I had to track down any staff member on more than one occasion - to order drinks, to refill drinks, to order food, to pay our bill. The flat bread that was delivered to our table was simply embarrassing and appeared more like an over cooked frozen pizza that someone picked up from the grocery store.

    The food was good and the service was friendly enough. Unfortunately they didn’t get themselves organized. We came in a little early purposely so we could sit down and talk and well there were about 20 open tables. No one figured out how to set us down until I asked a second time. My server was very sweet, but forgot, or perhaps wasn’t listening when I asked for a glass of wine and I asked twice for that but we had fun.

    Dinner with my Mother and sister, when we finally got our tater tots (after waiting about 45 mins) with our dinner they got to us cool not even warm, when the gentleman gave us another plate he did it with his hands on his hips with quite an attitude, no sorry they were cold or anything, I believe he is one of the managers too. Our server was very friendly, her name is Shannon.

    I made reservations in advance (not needed) and specifically said I wanted a booth. Because I can’t hear. Even though there were plenty of open booths the young man said I can’t sit in one. I would need to wait. There were empty tables everywhere. Overpriced for hotel food. We won’t go there anymore.

    My husband and I ate here on Valentine’s Day. We had a 515 reservation, but got there early and we were able to get seated. It was happy hour, and we were able to get a drink and an appetizer at those prices. That was a pleasant surprise! Jambalaya was our main dish as it was a special for February. It was so good. We split an order, and there was more than enough for the both of us. It has been a few years since we went to Burntwood Tavern, and we were surprised at such a drastic change in the menu. I was looking forward to some smoked Wings or prime rib, but those were no longer on the menu. Also, we noticed that the smoky smell was not throughout the restaurant. It was a better atmosphere, for sure!

    Went there with a group to celebrate a birthday. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Wait staff was excellant. Great choice of food. Very willing to accommodate person with food allergy. Will definitely return.

    A bit too slow for a Friday night than it should have been. Unfortunately, the place gives a bit of a sad vibe which is unfortunate as its former days were a lot more lively. As an Architect, replacing the overhead light bulbs with 2700K LEDs with a 90+ CRI would do WONDERS to the atmosphere. Especially if they would be dimmed a bit at night.
