We were two people in for dinner. Atmosphere in dining room was plain with burnt wood on walls. Appetizers were brought separately and were average in taste. There was no water brought to the table and no salt and pepper on the table. Entres were also average in taste. Waitress was very busy. I could have the same experience at a diner with water and salt and pepper on table.

We have been to the Gulf Coast Burntwood many times Generally it's pretty consistently good food and drinks and service The happy hour offerings are a great value and keep us coming back

We arrived just before a shift change & both waitresses were excellent. Nice atmosphere. Booth gave us plenty of privacy. Steaks were great!

Went for Sunday brunch for Mother's Day. it was a buffet. Selection of food was nice; breakfast items and lunch items included. Service was very good. Everyone friendly and courteous.

Server was super nice, it’s tough to watch people licking their fingers as they leave the buffet. Nothing you can do about it but offer an etiquette class before they sit down, LOL. We were there for Easter and Mother’s Day. keep the syrup in a coffee container, makes it easier to pour and your hands don’t get sticky from the glass container and the cover. Everyone touches that thing. The manager was very nice and we were happy to see she had her walking cast off. We would recommend and look forward to returning soon. Thank you!
