   Great menu options. I've been here twice and both times it's been pretty warm inside which doesn't make for the best experience. Portion sizes were surprisingly very very small! I received a half filled tiny basket of sweet potato fries and my husband's order of potatoes that came with his omlette seemed already half eaten. Service was great though!

   The reason I gave an overall 4 star review is because of the restaurant's Rewards program. Last time I dined there the server located my account and assured me we would get points for the visit. We never did. I mentioned it to our wonderful server this time and he apologized and took my email and phone number to look up the Rewards account. Again, it was found but this time when he attempted to enter our meal purchase the system told him my account was "off line". He had never seen that before and suggested we may need to set up a new account. It's a cumbersome Rewards program to start with as there is no ID card or even a membership number for the diner to provide. To give your email and phone number each time is not user friendly for the customer or server.

    Food was so so. Ordered chicken salad and they forgot the chicken! They brought it out on a separate plate. Was supposed to be blackened but it wasn’t and it was dry.

    We chose Burntwood Tavern based on the proximity to the Barbara B Mann performing arts hall and their google reviews. It did not disappoint! The food was excellent and so was our server! It’s in a great location and I will definitely be returning!

    First time to The Burntwood and we very much enjoyed it. Sloan was wonderful and we ended up taking full advantage of the happy hour drinks and appetizers! We will be back!

    I confirmed my reservation 2 times with open table and when we arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes before the reservation time were told that things had changed and they suggested we change our reservation to an outside table instead of inside. I told them that this was unacceptable since it was 85 degrees outside. They then said that we would have to wait about 20 minutes for our table. It was fine to wait, but why confirm the time several times when they are unable to respect the time.

    We visited Burntwood Tavern for Easter brunch. The brunch was absolutely wonderful. My husband likes breakfast so they had plenty for him & I love salads, chicken & veggies. All was available. 2 different salads, chicken, ham, roast beef, potato filling, veggies, breakfast items, and desserts of every kind. It was definitely an enjoyable experience, delicious meal & we weren’t rushed. We will be going back again & will recommend Burntwood to our friends.

    This was our first visit to the Burntwood Tavern and we were thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was very nice with lots of inside and outside seating with tables nicely spaced. We sat outside and it was very nice. The food was excellent. The service was tremendous!! Our server , Can, has only worked there 1 month, but she was knowledgeable and gracious as if she had been there for years! Jenna the manager was everywhere making sure that everything in the restaurant was operating well and that all customers were being taking care of to the highest standards. We were very impressed and Burntwood Tavern will become a regular venue for us from now on!!

    My mom and I were very impressed with the excellent service we received from our server Nicholas. Our food was delicious as well - we both had the mahi tacos with sweet potato fries. For dessert, we tried the apple crostada, which was incredible! The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. We had a great experience, and we will definitely go back!

    We had a great server. The burger I requested came well done and not as I requested. The server immediately brought it back to the kitchen. It was quickly replaced with a burger that still wasn't quite right but I was so hungry at that point, I just ate it. We were really disappointed.

    I was so glad they take reservations as was looking for a place close to Barbara B. Mann since we were going to attend a play. The menu had many options, was reasonably priced, and we were even to get in on their Happy Hour. The wait staff was busy as they had to tend to tables both inside and outside so service could have been a "bit" better. The overall night was very good.

    Ordered shrimp scampi without the chili flakes. Spouse got one with. They both can with the flakes. Mine went back was remade and still had some flakes. Server was very helpful.

    Disappointing to arrive and see many open tables (we had a reservation) yet still had to wait to be seated because every open table had piles of dirty dishes and had not been bussed. The restaurant was not that busy. We arrived early for our 3pm res. Really would have liked to order the lunch special but because none of the tables had been bussed we had to wait and it was 3:08 by the time the server came by. And said we could no longer get the lunch special. He was afraid to as the kitchen - not really a great culture of the server is afraid to ask kitchen a simple question. The lunch special was nothing more than a plate with half a salad and half a sandwich. Nothing fancy. Same menu items. Just half the amount. Not really sure that we will go back. The server Christian was amazing. He was the best part of the visit.

    This is our go to place for hubs and I. The food is delicious and the servers very nice. Our favorites are the beef sliders, the Mahi sandwich, the prime rib sandwich and really all that we tried was good. It has an open-air feel and there's live music. What's not to like.

    This was our second time dining here. Our waitress was fabulous but unfortunately we didn't get her name. Only gave food and value 3 stars this visit because we both had the St. Patrick's Day special of corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef was dry and a little tough. Cabbage, carrots and potatoes lacked flavor/seasoning. For those reasons we did not feel it was worth the $22 we paid for each meal, thus the value rating. We will be back because our first visit was very good and we hope this was just a one off experience due to the holiday meal.
