Great to have a restaurant open during this time. The staff handled the situation well. The service was quick and efficient. The quality was outstanding. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality of food, service and setting.

Service was great and the food was good. The serving size was good based on the price. We were a party of 6 family members and had a great time. I’m not sure I would want to go there for a quiet romantic dinner.

The food was very good—a huge portion, enough for a full leftover meal the day after. Bread was so so. Biggest drawback was the service. Our waiter was not attentive to our needs, not paying attention and slow when we asked for help. We got there early in the evening when things were not yet too busy... We will return, hoping service is better.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband. We have been here before and it is our favorite Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is great and the surroundings of Park City are amazing! Perfect night!

The food is average. We tried grilled mozarella as appetizer which was good. The cheese plate was average, like the typical grocery store cheese and meat. The main dishes were good, Firenze Bolognese was a good one. The gnocci with bolognese was below expectations. The environment was nice and cozy. We had a great time. Our servers were very nice.

We showed up on time for a 7:15 reservation only to find out our table wasn’t ready until after 7:30. Then after being seated, we had to wait another 15 minutes for initial drink orders or any attention from the wait staff for that matter. While the manager apologized and offered us complimentary garlic bread, we were eventually charged for it when the bill came. Finally our meal was prepared and on the table within 15 minutes of ordering, so the previous slow wait had turned into a rushed meal. The food was really good, but the service was not worthy of the meal.

Greeting was almost confusing in the lack of acknowledgement when we arrived for our reservation. We got seated and our waitress was pleasant. Average service, food, and ambiance and meant kindly. Nice place just be prepared for an average experience.

Local pizzeria quality food. Tasteless. Everyone at the table thought the same. My bolognese was meatless! The pasta was not al dente. I guess the only good thing I could say is the portions were big. But since I didn’t eat it who cares. They can do so much better

The eggplant appetizer was supposed to be fried but it was just overcooked and covered with too much sauce and cheese. You had to search for the eggplant.
My salmon was ok. But the pasta was overly sauced.

We have come here for years and the food quality is not the same. Won’t be coming back

Worst restaurant I’ve been into in 10 years. Not the staff’s fault.
Food is not made onsite, but Salt Lake City. (Thank you reheated food.) Wine was terrible, plus dirty glasses, service incredibly slow and our food was wrong. No apologies, no trying to rectify the situation. Restaurant decor itself is really nice but everything else is cheap, especially the food. Think the Domino’s pizza of Italian food but at higher prices. Totally disappointed.

This was our first experience at this restaurant. It did not disappoint. We were a party of 4 and were seated on time for our reservation. With four people we decided to do a bit of family style and that was a good choice. We tried 4 separate dishes and all were exceptional. The caprese appetizer was excellent, crisp tomato’s and a different spin on the mozzarella . We also had the crustini which was good too. For entries we had the spaghetti and clams, beef short rib, mushroom ravioli and buffalo ravioli. These were all very good and portion sizes were nice but not too much. This clearly was not assembly line food. The service was friendly educated and efficient, really only there when needed. We had a bottle of wine which was to be expected (Utah style). The lighting was perfect, not to bright not to dark. We were seated in the back which was great except for the fact that a posted menu was on the window adjacent to our table which was very distracting as people kept coming to the window to view the menu!! After we left we all agreed to return for a follow-up as the menu needs more exploration!

Where to start?

The ten minute wait when we showed up on time for our 6.30 reservation didn’t seem too bad, but no bar to have a drink and only two (already occupied) chairs to sit down on while you wait.

The worst was yet to come - Bruschetta was a sludgy pile of tomato and onion with the odd bit olive and basil. At least I assume it was basil as the whole mess was very cold and too tasteless to tell. This was served with little toasts so dry and stale they crumbled as you bit into them.

Bolognese Firenze was almost cold and tasted like it came out of a jar. It was served with little shards of Parmesan like you get from a Kraft packet. They were hard and devoid of taste. Unsurprisingly they didn’t melt on the tepid pasta. All for $17.95. The pizza was so undercooked the crust looked albino, drenched in vapid cheese and hardly any tomato in sight. Both were inedible and we sent them back.

Then we ordered the penne Quattro Formaggio, which was drenched in cream and not a lot of cheese but at least had the virtue of not being cold. After that we decided to cut our losses and leave. $97 for that with two small glasses of moderate wine, plus service of course. No apology, no offer to remove any of the inedible, cold food from the bill; just a shrug.

You can get better “Italian” food than this at the Olive Garden, a lot cheaper and with a lot less attitude.

Avoid at all costs.

The food was delicious!!! We made a reservation at 6pm and were seated within 5 minutes. The only issue is the draft from the door. People coming in and out constantly (while is a good sign of a delicious restaurant) provides a very cold a frequent draft to the people sitting at the table somewhat close to the door.

Food was very good, the pasta sauces were delicious! Service was a bit slow even though the restaurant was not busy. We had a reservation made weeks in advance and when we arrived they tried to sit us in the worst table possible, in front of the bus station. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes before being seated.

A friend of my daughter’s who was also vacationing in Park City joined us for dinner. The owner happily accommodated all of us and the entire experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. Enjoy!

On a ski vacation , decided on Italian food - found the initial service slow , no water or wait staff for 10-15 min . Ordered calamari appetizer , under cooked , outside batter was pale and accompanying sauce bland . Moved on to pasta , ordered spaghetti primavera without sauce, garlic and olive oil only . Dish arrive fully sauced , had to be sent back - When it did come back it seemed like just pasta with Veges , couldn’t taste olive oil or garlic, in fact I had to ask for salt and cheese to even eat it . My daughter had the Gnocchi with pesto sauce , it was ok.
All in all not great , would not go back or recommend to others
