   Food was great. They paced it well and allowed our group of 6 to really talk and enjoy each other’s company. I felt bad as they were understaffed but doing best they could. It did not impact our experience but I’m sure staff was exhausted at end of night. Even the owner was waiting on tables. I’d definitely come back. Hope they find people willing to work.

   This was seriously the BEST restaurant in Brighton & I’m so incredibly heartbroken that they closed!!!!! Fran the owner was beyond Fantastic Christina who was either bartending or serving was OUTSTANDING…… she is one in a million with EXCELLENT customer service & made you feel like she was genuinely happy to see you!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish them all the best & hope to see them again

   Food was just ok. Steak was overcooked and had a heavy char flavor. Salad was great and drinks were good. The place has nice ambience and service was great. Food was overpriced for the quality.

   Food quality was very good for price paid, however service was slow and portions of order were never entered to kitchen. Dining room was very loud and hard to make conversation with others at our.table. Server seemed to be new, yet was very pleasant. Will give them another try solely based on the food in hopes of better service. 4 out of five stars.

   The service was so slow that it colored our experience. First of all, I called at 4:00 to confirm our 6:30 reservation on the patio, and whoever took the call, confirmed it; however, when we arrived, the hostess said she did not have a reservation for us. They were, nevertheless, able to seat us at 6:30. The waitress promptly took our drink orders, but it took 20 minutes and our having to flag her down to get the drinks. We placed our food order when she brought the drinks. 30 minutes later, she brought my entree salad but no one else's food. Twenty minutes after that, she brought the other entrees, an hour and ten minutes after we sat down, and they were cold. The waitress did tell us several times that the bar and kitchen were very backed up. Not sure if it was a staffing problem or an inefficiency problem, but it was a frustrating experience.

   Friends birthday. Our first time there. Wonderful, attentive staff and great atmosphere. Very clever decor in the bar with wine and crown royal bottle chandeliers as well as wine stave walls. Food was delicious. Loved it and will be visiting again.

   Had too much food with the wonderful risotto balls as an appetizer and then an entrée. Love the heirloom tomato salad, but alas that was not on the menu this time.
