Service was beyond poor. The bartenders are responsible for waiting on all the tables as well as the bar. They don't share "guests" so even if you are seated at the bar, only your initial bartender can do anything for you. We were served food with no napkins or silverware. And then we watched them using dirty glasses to make drinks in. Disgusting.

It took over a hour to get my food. So I took it to go. The steak was RAW uncooked. I took pictures and can’t seem to contact anyone for a refund. The bacon on my bake potato was burned. The wings were cold. The waitress was sooo overwhelmed but was very kind and did her best. The first time I went to Bunzzz it was amazing. This time was horrible!

We never got seated, never got served, couldn't find menus or waitstaff. The bar had no idea how long it would take for food service. Realize that they are new, but you're either ready to go or you're not. They are not.

Reservation was pointless since this is a true bar with self seating. NFL Gameday crowd was great but more (or table assigned) servers are needed. Took over an hour to receive sliders appetizers. I'll stick with my standard gameday restaurant...

Have been a few times. Service is always very very very slow. Not nearly enough workers. Food is great when you actually get it! Great atmosphere. Would recommend, provided you have a few hours to spend to get a burger.

While the restaurant was not crowded, the service was awful. The food came out lukewarm as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. We had intended to order entrees after our appetizers, however it took 20 min for the first appetizer to come out and then another 30 min for the second one. By that time we had to leave for another engagement.

The quality of the food was bad as well, as there was little meat on the nachos and the wings we ordered were clearly not freshly made.

If you are going solely to sit at the bar and have some drinks then the ambiance is nice. However, if you want anything more than that I would advise you find another restaurant.

We visited the inner harbor, and found this place on open table. It was horrible- the nachos had a pound of salt on them, the burgers were not edible, and the pizza was so greasy. We where very disappointed that we wasted our dinner while on vacation here.

My family and I were staying at the Renaissance and I used open table to find the closest restaurant, since it was raining. What a big mistake! This place was terrible from the service to the food! I had a burnt bread crab dip. The bread was so hard and crunchy. My guy asked for the chicken on the nachos to be well done and the meat was white and not fully cooked. My veggie burger wasn’t so good at all. I think the only person who partially enjoyed the food was my son, with their turkey burger. All of the drinks we ordered were not brought out correctly. I had a cranberry juice and it was brought in a tiny half bar glass and it wasn’t even full! I had a shot of cranberry juice! My guy ordered his drinks in a rocks glass, no rocks... of course none of this was done. His shot came in the same tiny glass I had with the cranberry juice and with ice. The waitress, “Rachel,” knew nothing about their menu, none of our questions could be answered, she didn’t bother asking anyone, so we could have an answer, and she was simply terrible. I would never go back nor recommend anyone goes here. They automatically charge 20% tip and I believe when companies do this, the service sucks because the staff has no incentive to try and do anything right/above and beyond.

They were understaffed. The waitress did her best but service was slow because they didn’t have enough servers.
Food was not good at all. Crab dip was barely warm. Daughter ordered cheese pizza from kids menu She was served pepperoni pizza and did not taste good. We were charged for pepperoni
We would not go back or recommend them

Waitress barely came to the table. I ordered pizza with grilled chicken. Chicken tasted sour and old so I didnt eat it. Fries were cold. Had to beg for ketchup. Never ever again.

Where else can you wait 50 minutes for an order of fries and 5 soggy onion rings? 6 of us stopped in in Saturday afternoon for NCAA playoffs, but its not a sports bar. They had some unused mall space and decided to install a circular bar with 20 TVs. Not a single sports item on the walls. The kitchen and service are a train wreck. An hour long wait for food. Calamari was soggy, greasy. Nachos never arrived but they showed up on our bill. Had to continually ask for drink refills. NCAA playoffs and the place wasn't busy. I guess the locals know better. My mistake for picking it from Open Table based on 11 good reviews. Go there, and you'll regret it.

If you're looking to eat somewhere very loud where the burgers are described deliciously but come out overcooked and with multiple buns (not kidding, my burger literally had two buns on the top and bottom), and where the server brings the wrong food and complains that she's overwhelmed even though the place is empty, this is the place for you.

Uggh. Really under staffed. The servers and bartenders were great but kitchen was totally backed up. Waited over and hour for burgers. Brutal.

The shrimp and grits were pretty good. The grits were very creamy. The surf and turf was very good. The steak was very well seasoned and tasty and the crab cake was amazing. The crap dip appetizer was very good. Keith, the server lead was good and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks.

Was looking for a great place to watch the SEC Championship before dropping friends off at the airport. The burgers were perfectly seasoned. My friends ordered wings, asparagus and fries, but were cold on arrival. Because we were pressed for time they didn’t bother sending them back, but they stated they were good. Bar was a little empty, but to be expected when not in SEC country.
