About this restaurant

Our restaurant offers a selection of quality meals prepared with the best produce available. Lunch is available Friday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Monday. On Tuesday the bistro is closed, woodfire pizza is served in the Brigadoon Bar. In March 2022 we revamped the dining space and renovated to include a new kitchen. At the same time a new Head Chef joined our team. Regulars love the new menus which change almost daily. Menu options are available for larger parties with the group menus proving very popular in the private dining room as well as the restaurant. When we finally see some sun the spacious beer garden offers other possibilities.

Situated halfway between Sydney and Canberra the Bundanoon Hotel is ideally situated for friends, family or business gatherings and with 58 rooms available there's no need to drive home after a great night.

    Great experience. The food is so much more than pub food, the food tastes 5 star. Fresh, quality, well cooked, thought through flavours. The service was friendly, engaging, nothing was a problem, we felt as though service flowed, as being genuine service, not robotic. An experience we were talking about the next day. Looking forward to more dinners and lunches at Bundanoon Hotel.

    Food amazing Leah (?? Blonde lady absolutely hardest worker amazing) Male manager - absolutely useless We made our displeasure at the table next to us playing ball games known to him and he did not acknowledge the issue just dismissed it There was a large group booking next to us. Manager allowed kids to be sat separately (consequently running wild and climbing over dividers etc) whilst parents ignored. Then one of the parents encouraged their kid to throw ball across the restaurant over and over (This will all have been captured on cctv no doubt) It felt like a ridiculous situation to tolerate inside an establishment charging $35mains We were also a booking of 9 - Sat at a table too small (whilst kids from another booking were sat at a larger table) Why the management allowed parents to be disconnected from their kids table (young kids) is beyond us.

    We attended on a busy long weekend. The place was packed!! We were seated quickly, the food arrived prompty, and it was perfect! A big thank you to the chef & his team!

    We had a great family dinner here. Good menu and good service. Recommend the lamb shoulder for two ... though for us there was enough food for 4 people. Wine list is not bad either. Staff very helpful, although I think the full house made it difficult for them to hear sometimes. Obviously, a place well loved by local families. We will definitely be back.

    We had a very enjoyable meal. Very friendly staff, great service. Meals were excellent. The lamb shoulder for 2 was extra excellent!! Large bustling dining room on a Saturday night but we were well looked after.
