Bun & Patti opened March 2023, owned and operated by Elion and Amy Prodani, and inspired by Elion's two decades managing fine dining restaurants in NYC and Las Vegas and has already been featured in the San Diego Union Tribune, Eater, and recently rated #2 best burger restaurant in San Diego by Yelp.

The family restaurant gets its name from Amy's mother "Patti" who enjoyed serving burgers with the perfect glass of wine. Bun & Patti specializes in burgers that are higher-end yet approachable using the finest quality ingredients including Flannery Farm 14 day dry-aged patty, Gold Canyon custom chuck and brisket blend, brioche buns from Rockenwagner Bakery and thick-cut sous vide Bakers Bacon.

In addition to burgers, Bun & Patti offers starters featuring Patti's Pretzel and Boujee Tots, fried and grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, steak frites and sides including signature onion rings, truffle fries and macaroni and cheese.

Got the chance to celebrate my birthday here and had a great time. The server were really kind and enthusiastic the food was great with drinks to match. Recommend 10/10

Food was good. Time from order to delivery was extremely long. Service was lacking as no one checked on us to ask how the food was, if we needed anything else or if we were ready for the bill. In a competitive location such as Little Italy it’s important to match with competitors customer service.

Food was very good, relaxed vibe, and dog-friendly. Just need to tighten up the beverage game. Multiple beers were out or had been replaced, just not updated on the menu. Server could not have nicer, however. Highly recommend the venue, just be open-minded when it comes to your drink...

Stopped by for trivia night (Tuesdays at 6:30) and had a great time! Taco Tuesday $7 margaritas are so good and had a delicious burger with tater tots. Staff is super attentive and friendly, trivia host is so much fun!

The food is amazing the burgers are delicious and the onion rings are the best! The service is great and the atmosphere as well. The music is a little loud.

Neo was a great host! Thank you for taking care of us on our day out in the city. We love exploring new eats in our backyard. Bun & Patti will be a new favorite we visit often. Look forward to next time!
