   Something has changed at Bull Valley Roadhouse and it feels like they are back in their glory days of great food in a very quirky and cool setting. There was a blip there post covid where they may have had a new chef and the quality of food, service and the menu in general was a bit weird. We held on to hope because we love this spot so much...went over the weekend and were greeted by a bustling restaurant, inspired menu (some of the best and most inventive drinks I've ever had) and solid service. Bull Valley Roadhouse is not a cheap date but this menu and location absolutely merit the higher price of admission....well worth the trip and $$. Welcome back to my list of go to spots, Bull Valley.

   Probably the best place ive had in the East Bay. Food and drinks were very good. Place gets packed for a reason. I will definitely come back. Thanks again!

   Roadhouse is in an old building in Port Costa; a funky place. Parking is in a dirt lot. Okay when it has not been raining. So far, doesn''t sound so good, right? BUT, don't let that put you off because the FOOD was excellent and seasonal. The service was very-very good, and they knew their items/products. Innovative cocktails. Short but good wine list, and the staff can guide you about it too. We will be back!!

   We love Bull Valley, the cocktails, appetizers and entrees are all 5star. Service and ambiance is fantastic.

   It was our first visit for a date night and we loved it. Service, food, and vibe were all outstanding. There is a really nice antique shop next door that is open to browse in after dinner. Very fun evening. We will be back!
