Enjoy steaks prepared on our custom wood burning grill paired with our extensive and hand-selected bourbon menu for flavors that beautifully complement each other. Because we source local coastal California seafood, use steaks cut from our in-house butcher program, and choose select cuts from our on-site aging room, we always start with top-quality ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes. The only reason I did not give the food a perfect 5 star rating is because the lobster, for all five meals ordered at the table, was overcooked. Other than that everything was excellent. The steaks were all prepared as ordered - either medium rare or medium. The drink recommendations were excellent. The atmosphere was perfect. We enjoyed our dinner which was in honor of our friend's 50th birthday.

We love coming here for date nights. The food and the service is always great and we were lucky enough to come during the lobster and steak special which was an amazing value!

This was our first time at the Bull and Bourbon restaurant. We had been in the Sycuan Lazy River for hours and were tired but we saw the Wednesday and Thursday surf and turf special and decided it was worth the effort. We were sooo right. The service was wonderful and the food was some of the best we have had. I would recommend it highly. If you are a Club Sycuan member, you save even 10 percent on the meal, which was already well priced

We had reservations on Thursday night at 5 pm looking forward to steak and lobster special, we were actually the first couple they seated, in front seating causal with bar and tv visible The food and service was wonderful however, towards the end of our meal my husband noticed patrons seated in an area beyond where we were and inquired he was told by the host the dining room a much nicer area was for patrons who had reservations the area we were dining in was for walk ins or patrons that just wanted to sit at bar. We felt slighted, we had made reservations secured with a cc and our dress was casual as all the other patrons we are mature not loud so not sure why we were not offered dining room.

To clarify, our seating process is based on evenly distributing tables among our servers to ensure the best possible service for all guests. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, this system sometimes results in guests with reservations being seated in different areas of the restaurant.
