Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

The food was good. Our steaks were cooked correctly, the sides were very good, and the appetizer was very good. And the fresh bread they serve from their bakery is amazing. Our server was on top of everything, and we never had to wait long for anything. Price wise it is your typical Vegas strip steakhouse pricing. The odd part for us was the ambience.

We were here during the governor's "3 week pause", so the restaurant was very quiet. My wife and I have eaten at most of the steak houses on the strip and while the food was very good, the ambience and setting just seemed odd to us. First off the music that was playing was modern hip-hop instead of something more laid back that you usually hear in a high end restaurant. If this had not been in COVID times, maybe we would not have noticed it as much, but because of the 25% capacity rule it was very noticeable. There was nothing wrong with the music, it just seemed an unusual choice for a "high end" steakhouse. They also did not have the usual higher end steakhouse setting with dim lighting and table cloths. It was pretty bright, and once again if you add in the music choice with the bright setting and uncovered tables, it just did not feel like a high end or exclusive restaurant. None of these things take away from the very good food and service, but it just does not seem to add anything to the experience that makes me feel it is a better dining experience than any of the steakhouses we already frequent.

The service was great just for what we spent I expected something spectacular. The steak was amazing but the lamb chops ok the salmon not so great or the chicken overall disappointing and it was my daughters 21st bday.

Food was superb, service was as well. Pretty much everything you could want from a Steakhouse experience in that respect. However, sitting in a back room with two generic tables pushed together that were not even the same height was a bit off putting. Dinged a bit for that because it doesn't match the quality (AND PRICE) of the food. But the service and food more than made up for that.

This restaurant is fantastic! Superb customer service from a knowledgeable, friendly staff, and food and drink like no other. Delicious steak and a dessert that was out of this world! I’m already planning a return visit.

First time dining here and it was excellent. Eduardo our waiter was the BEST! Not too pushy & didn't try to upsell the menu as other diners mentioned. I thouth the food and drinks were fantastic. My only complaint would have been a better table for being seven stars.

Service was very slow but waiter was polite and apologized for length of time it took to get food order. It took over one and a half hours to get our food, it was not even busy. There was a group of our near us that left after sitting at their table for fifteen minutes or more and had not gotten water or a menu. our porterhouse for two was cooked perfect but barley warm by the time it got to us. For the price of our meal and wine ($300.00 +). Not worth it I doubt we will eat there again.

Server upset we didn't purchase everything he suggested. Very overpriced for being in the flamingo
I felt like he didn't even want us there as he was drooling all over the next table and laughing and chatting it up while ignoring even conversing with us
The food was bland please do not say it comes with potato when it's a slice of potato overall very bad experience. we stay at flamingo all the time we will not be back and we will also suggest to others not to be back as well

We loved when this restaurant was Center Cut but thought we would give this new restaurant a try. Restaurants were supposed to ge at 50 percent capacity. Every table and booth in our section was filled to capacity. Disappointing. Service was great. Food was ok but not worth the price. There was a large group around us -several tables of 4. After they ate, they stood next to our booth without masks on in a party of 10-12. Manager walked by several times and didn't say a word. When I saw server zi told her and she told them to put masks on and leave. Left big tip for server but won't be back

We went for our 5 year anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good steakhouse to go! Our server was wonderful, very helpful and made the evening special. The food was amazing, my husband had the dry aged ribeye and it was moist and full of flavor. It was cooked to perfection, I shared the tomahawk steak with my father. The cook the cut and the flavor were all spot on.

We celebrated my boyfriends birthday! We had the best time. We were seated in the back bar area, it has the coolest vibe to it. Bartender started our night off with great Old Fashioned’s. They have a HUGE selection of bourbon’s and whiskey’s. We were moved to a high top corner booth in the same room and could not be happier. It was intimate but still allowed for some great people watching. Our server was really sweet. I can’t remember her name at the moment, but she said she had been a host there before and had just begun serving. She helped us make some great selections, kept our table completely preset and well maintained. We had the chefs seafood sampler. Divine! We also had the lobster bisque, and for dinner the Tomahawk steak add king crab with a baked potatoes and lobster Mac and cheese! Everything was amazing. We could barely finish, the portions were generous. To finish they brought out a birthday dessert of chocolate mouse with a truffle. OMG, not that we needed it but we’re able to somehow make room for a couple bites. We shared a bottle of J Lohr Hilltop Cabernet, one of the more moderately priced wines, however definitely a killer wine list. Thank you for a wonderful night. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely come back on our next trip.

Our server Michael P was great. He was very helpful and friendly. The open walkway in the Flamingo can be loud but its Vegas so to be expected. The brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes are a must. The chopped salad was large enough for 3-4 people to share and very tasty. The desserts were over the top!! Thanks for a great experience.

I felt we were ignored due to a larger party - even though we arrived and were seated first - the lobster arrived to the table cold and the top was hard - the crab legs were great - the lamb chops were good but really small and I requested a birthday dessert and never received it.
Just average all around - expected better and was really excited to try the restaurant and food.

Hit and miss ... that’s how I would describe the overall experience. Some of the food items were fabulous (dirty fries, lobster mac&cheese, filet mignon). The tomahawk ribeye for two was tough and under seasoned and for $140 you would expect better. The Heater which was supposed to be a stuffed twice baked potato was very dry and NOT twice baked. The service was very friendly but very inexperienced and really pushed hard for the upsell. When ordering a $200 bottle of wine you’d expect some experience or at the very least ask for your Sommelier, neither appeared. We were drawn to this place by watching a food network show showcasing the winning chef Lamar and in hopes of meeting him or the very least his signature fried chicken dish .... both were unavailable. For 4 people and a $700 bill I expected more. Would we return again.... probably not.

Mikki was a great waitress she suggested many things from the menu. She took very good care of us. The Steak was done perfectly, the lobster Mac and cheese was great, so many mushrooms we couldn't finish them. Loved the dinner we will be back again

Everything was great. I would recommend the benches at the table be higher, we are short ppl so that caused us to sit really low from the table, but everything else was great.
