Very nice staff and good food.
They did not recognize the Open Table reservation at all - we did get seated shortly after we got there only because they were not that busy Friday night
Was told they didn’t honor online reservations and that it would be a half hour wait.
Made reservation via OpenTable, but they would not honor it. Said they don't take reservations via OpenTable. Had to wait with plenty of seating available. Said they didn't want to stress their kitchen staff. First Sunday of NFL season and they didn't think to staff properly?
I had a reservation for 6:15, but when i got there the hostess could not find it. Not only did i have to wait 20 minutes for my table, but i didn’t get points for using open table! The food came out fast but i ordered my wings well done and they were not. Our waiter was nice and friendly. We got our food, drinks, appetizer and bill in under 45 minutes. So props to them for getting people moving through the restaurant
Food came out very quick. Drinks were not carbonated, and our server was a little rude and pushy
The only eating place that was open in the area at the time. However, it was good and there was plenty of food. It was quite busy but the service was good. Would call in again if in the area.
God awful food. Cold and delivered individually and not together for our party.
Server Olivia was awesome... Friendly... food was great and as busy as it was it was obvious they were on it and ready for March Madness
We went to BWW for St Patrick’s day thinking it would not be crowded, and it was not! However they did not staff appropriately for the needs of St Patrick’s day, and the fact basketball games were going on. Food was mediocre, almost all of us ordered wings- and they were either drenched in sauce or didn’t have enough sauce.
While the dining experience was fine, we had trouble with them agreeing to check us in using our Open Table reservation. They told us they don’t use the app’s reservation system except on weekends. We had to get a manager to intervene and even she wasn’t too cooperative. Instead she kept trying to get us signed up on their app instead.
We just learned that BW3 was taking reservations via Open Table and it was great timing for my son's birthday which falls during the NCAA tourney. The boys ate a ton and the atmosphere was festive. We'll be back and will dine it instead of usual carry out.
