   My cousin and I came in for game night football, food and drinks so we reserved a table online. Upon arrival we explained that we reserved a table it’s time can we now be seated. We were then told “We don’t use that feature anymore to seat guest, Y’all gotta wait”. In those exact words!!!!

   Worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings EVER! Drove 20 minutes from our hotel after getting reservations on this app. I walked up to the hostess and gave her my name and told her I had reservations for 4 people. She was extremely rude and said “Oh online? Yeah we don’t go by that! It’s first come first served. The wait will be an hour and a half.” If you aren’t going to stand by your reservations, then don’t use this app to drive your business! BWW has lost my business.

   Got to the restaurant and was told that all reservations have been canceled. The wait for hour and a half and the manager could not do anything about it. I asked what’s the purpose of online reservations, but they kept on saying that they cannot get us in and we would have to wait for hour and a half. I left them my phone number so they can call me once a table opens up, but, of course, they never called. Nonsense.

   we had no reservations. they said that wouldn't honor it and that they cancel them asap. this is the second time this has happened. they need to be taking off open table. they are pitiful and very rude. I am considering quitting open table.

   It was so quiet and peaceful me and my boyfriend was sitting waiting on our friends and the waiter patiently waited for them to get there so she could take our order the waiter was so kind to us I love BWW and definitely recommend this restaurant.

   It was the NCAA championship game. I knew it would be busy so I made reservations. They told me the reservation wasn’t confirmed and I showed them it was. This was the second time they did this. After I threw a fit they sat us outside on patio with cold weather and smoking after I requested low table inside due to the fact we had a one year old with us. Maybe they need to get off opentable.

   We watched the National Championship there, and it was packed. Our waitress, even though she was swamped with requests, was attentive and did a great job! The wings and potato wedges were fantastic! As far as the noise level, it was because the super-fans of LSU were excited. Fun place, food and people.

    We celebrated my daughters 17th birthday at BWW last Saturday, August 3rd. We had a large party of 26 people. We were seated promptly. Our waitress was outstanding! She did an amazing job of keeping up with drink orders as the teenagers arrived at different times! We placed several appetizer orders and those were all served promptly. Everyone got their main entree at roughly the same time. She checked on us constantly. My daughter and her friends had a great time and the food was great!!

    Buffalo wilds employee called 3 hours before my reservation to say they canceled it. If I was notified days before I could have made other plans. I was very disappointed.
